If you want pieces of your broken car left in your trunk for you to clean this is the place for you! After waiting 3 and a half weeks to get my car I had to clean the pictures below out of my trunk. Regardless of the great customer service, this completely ruined it. I also found an entire bag of empty beer bottles that weren't mine.

A friend's car was involved in an accident and was brought to Green Island Auto Body for the insurance estimate.
Despite it being totaled and Green Island Auto Body not getting a repair job, the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, answering all of our questions and taking time explain the insurance process. Great company. I would recommend them to anyone.

Fires his employee two days after his father died and took ONE DAY TO GRIEVE.
Claims he’d “rather keep the Mexicans”
Took money from my fiancés check claiming it happened to everyone. His raise took a month just to be applied. This man doesn’t care about his employees he just enjoys using them. He won’t even give a letter for unemployment to be filed. I’m looking into who to speak to. Let’s see you keep screaming in his face and belittling him when our son was in the hospital. Because I’ve kept every single message. We tried to talk to Dave but he’s blows us off. So here we come to tells our facts. Claims he loves him as an employee but treats him like dirt. Everyone has received a Christmas bonus last year but my fiancé. The list goes on sadly. But ignoring his employees is my favorite.
Also his front office worker the woman who works there doesn’t do her job, has been out right horrible towards my fiancé for asking basic rights and questions about his payments and checks. Extremely rude and unfriendly.
Update still refusing to answer us about a termination letter. It’s not very Shocking but more disappointing he can keep avoiding people “he cared so much for”

The owner Tony is a great guy! Very friendly and easy to work with!Unfortunately, “the Estimator” at his shop is an extremely rude and condescending woman. I pray she’s not part of Tony’s family! ?Sadly, I decided to go elsewhere with my car.

They performed a estimate on the extensive bodywork damage on my Acura MDX 2018. I received excellent customer service. I just had my car checked out by GIAB and they were the best. Fast, professional and HONEST! My insurance insisted I get my car checked out after a minor accident and it ended up costing $0 because I went to the right people. I will be coming back here whenever my car needs anything from now on!
