“I have brought my car to Lussier’s on several occasions- collision repairs, scheduled maintenance, and impromptu service issues. I have also received these services at various local dealerships. I can say wholeheartedly that Lussier’s far exceeds others’ level of customer service and quality of workmanship. I have been in a pinch with needing an oil change, headlight change, or inspection, and, despite them being busy and the short notice, they have been able to squeeze me in. After the repairs I noted that one of the car panels looked like it wasn’t fastened all the way to make the car look good-as-new. They reached out to me to bring my car in to have the work completed to my liking. They are communicative about repair progress, use OEM parts, and have relationships with rental companies to put you in a loaner on site. A special shout-out to Rowan for taking my case and overseeing the job all the way through.”

“Kaiser Body Shop was originally recommended to me by a Toyota salesperson a number of years ago. My latest business with them was in October 2024. I rarely write reviews, but this quality business deserves the highest of ratings. The employees from top to bottom are friendly, helpful, and flexible. They know how to deal with insurance companies and to "properly" restore your vehicle. My 2024 Corolla was returned to me looking better than it did out of the showroom. You probably won't get "next day restorations," because their services are in demand, but it is worth the wait!”
“My husband and I purchased a car from access auto in January2025, A 2016 Hyundai Tucson we were so happy with how much help Joe the owner and John the mechanic were and the honesty was a breath of fresh air , Then we returned in march and purchased a Cadillac . We loved that there was no pushy sales and he answered all of our questions . Oh yeah and the screen to the Cadillac had a hair pin crack I hadn’t really noticed Joe had it replaced so I didn’t get stuck with a pricey problem ❤️ They are very accommodating and so glad we purchased from them and would highly recommend them to everyone .”

“So, I’m always extremely hesitant to go to any body shops or mechanic mainly because I’ve been screwed over by them and or are VERY over priced… going into a mechanic and or body shop can be overwhelming and intimidating. On 2/13/24 I got two flat tires which has never happened before, I googled nearest body shop and called THEY GOT ME IN AND OUT OF THERE in less than an hour!!! Not only that gave me an amazing deal with two new tires!!! I can honestly say it was the most calm, easy, and fast. I will never go to another mechanic. “I brought my car there after my passenger side was hit by another car. The whole process from estimate to pick up was wonderful. The staff communicated with me throughout the process. Since it was covered under the person insurance who hit me, they communicated with the insurance company. My pick up and drop off of the rental car could be done right at the shop. Awesome job on the repair. Looks good as new. Great experience all the way around! Would def recommend.”
