Hey Spectrum Team,I’m reaching out because I’ve hit my limit with a bunch of issues I’ve been having with you guys, and it’s gotten to a point where I really need to get this off my chest and sorted out.So, here’s the deal: I went to your store a while back to get a phone with the main goal of transferring my landline over to mobile. I was told everything would be up and running in 3-5 days, which sounded great. To keep the phone safe, I even bought a case and screen protector right off the bat.Fast forward a week later, nothing’s happening. The phone’s still not activated despite me getting emails saying it is. I’ve called you guys, got more promises, but still nada. I finally had enough, decided to send the phone back (in perfect condition, mind you, since I hadn’t really used it), and expected to get my money back without any drama.But nope, the drama was just starting. First off, I wanted to return the phone directly to the store because, honestly, I smelled a bit of a scam brewing if I did it any other way. But you guys insisted I had to ship it back. Fine, I did it your way, but guess what? I then get hit with a $600 bill for a phone that’s supposedly in ‘C’ condition when it went back in the same pristine condition it was in when I bought it.Oh, and to make things even more fun, there’s this extra $200 charge from when I bought the phone that’s never been returned or explained. I’ve tried to reason with you guys, even suggested just forgetting the whole mess, activating the phone like we first agreed, and I’d continue paying my monthly fee. But that got a hard no from your end.So here I am, wondering why a huge company like Spectrum is making it so hard over a simple phone activation and return. It feels a lot like I’m being scammed, and that’s not a good look.I’m not looking for much here – just a straight answer on why I’m being billed for a phone that’s been returned in perfect condition, why my initial $200 seems to have vanished into thin air, and why you won’t just activate the phone and let me pay my bill like we originally planned.Hoping to get this resolved without any more runarounds. Thanks for taking the time to look into this.

If I could give you a minus 5 I would. You may as well take the reservation option right off of your website!!!! Had a 10:00 am appointment. When I got there they opened the doors and it was first come first serve....those with appointments go to the back of the line. What a joke!!! Glad I won't have to be going back there anytime soon.

Ash was such a great employee. He definitely made me feel welcomed and made the process of upgrading my phone extremely easy. He made sure all of my stuff was transferred over properly. Highly recommend going and seeing him!

Extremely Poor customer service employees were screaming and cuussing across the store which was full of people at me and my spouse regarding signing in. Once we were finally called up the gentleman that helped us was awesome!

I drove to the address given for Greece: 2833 W. Ridge Rd. Greece, NY and the store doesn't exist at that address!

Sooooo you just can't walk in and buy a phone....unless your a customer... Nice probably should put a sign on door that's says that.
