The actual car wash experience is excellent relative to other brands. Customer Service is another thing. Even though there is no signage, as required by NYS for a "no refund policy," there are generally no refunds or exchanges allowed on annual plans. This is true even if one simply wants to exchange a lower price annual service package for a higher price annual service package. They cannot simply just charge the difference here, even if requested on the same day. In order for me to get the Go Wash Select annual plan, after paying for the Go Wash Basic annual plan, I had to contact the corporate office. About a week later, someone called back with an offer to help. The corporate customer service agent said that she had to get special permission from her supervisor to make the exchange. At the corporate level, the customer service is fine. It doesn't seem as though associates are empowered for customer service at the local level however. Buyer beware-- I hope this helps someone else.

This is the best if the new Go car washes that I have used. The dryer is fantastic. I am canceling my buckmans for my wife’s car and changing to Go car wash.. yeah my vehicle is a ford F-150 which is hard to wash and dry.

Not overly impressed with this visit. My rims and back bumper were filthy afterwards. Unfortunately this is more common than not. Two very young looking guys poorly directing people into the car wash. This usually isn't an issue but on this particular visit it was. Maybe they just need more training.BTW they are no longer Rotal Car Wash. They are Go Wash.

I go there at 705pm on March 10, and the hours are that you close at 8? There were cones blocking all cars readers. I pay 30 bucks a month to consistently drive to your location and you are closed very very early. Every time we got “6 inches of snow” you close due to “weather conditions.” I come there later at night so I don’t have wait for 30 minutes just to get my car washed. But only to find you guys constantly close mega early.I will be coming in tomorrow to request a free wax card. Or else I’m taking my business elsewhere. This is ridiculous.

I am a monthly car wash subscriber. I use it at least twice a month. I am happy with the service except i wish my wheels would come out clean.

The manager of this location that I met in January is unprofessional and rude. After finding a long day I decided to go in for a car wash and noticed my membership didn’t work, the manager sent out an employee to tell me that he canceled my membership. He canceled my membership because I was ok with the liability that my roof rack will be damaged. I know my roof rack won’t get damaged because when I drive on the high way I never have issues with it and have been washing my car and had business with royal car wash for over 12 months. I guess the new management team doesn’t like to keep business, so I’m going somewhere else. This is not how to do business, especially canceling a membership without any notice or advancement. Great job Pal!Oh and let me tell you, I will be canceling all my 24 car was memberships that I own through my company as well.Services: Auto detailing

Ever since go car wash took over its not the same. You don't get what you pay for. They charge you all different amounts for your monthly fee. I had 2 vehicles there and canceled both. Today they sent me through twice because I didn't get what I paid for and than they tell me to go through a 3rd time? No thanks. You email and call corporate and no one ever gets back to you. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your money here. I miss royal...

Their car wash is great but their vacuum’s are terrible. I go to this one every now and then because it’s close to my house but I prefer the one that is further down Ridge Rd. Across from Doughnuts Delights! The staff at that one is awesome, the car wash is awesome , and they always make sure the vacuum’s always work to the best of its capability and there are a lot more than 4 vacuum’s to use!
