Great service. Been a customer for a long time 15+. Always been professional, communicative and never felt taken advantage of. Even after moving to Rush we have kept coming up to have Goodyear and specifically Mike change our brakes and tires. 10 out of 10 would recommend

We have been using Goodyear off Dewey in Greece for many years. Their staff is always professional and seem well experienced. I have never once felt like I was pressured into a repair or replacement I may not need.

I have given a review for this place before, but I am so happy and want to include more details! If your car needs a repair, and you want to go somewhere you can trust, go to Goodyear on Dewey! Goodyear may have started as a tire shop, and tires may still be their bread and butter, but they do SO. MUCH. MORE.
The staff is friendly, kind, and jovial. The location is clean, spacitious, and accommodating for anyone waiting for their vehicle. I don't know if it is specifically handicapped accessible, but there are no stairs, and the bathroom is large. The front door is ample sized, just not automatic. I recommend calling when you arrive and just ask if someone can open the door. The repairs are honest and on pointe. They are capable! They will do what they can, and they will be honest about what they can't. Not only do I go there, but I send my 81 year old mother there! I personally know another mechanic in the area that will send his own mother there when there is something she needs that he can't do or get to.
And Goodyear will make it right. Recently, they were doing a repair on my Scion. They checked in advance for the needed part, and I set up an appointment. On appointment day, their supplier couldn't get the part. Knowing I needed the car the next day, and couldn't leave it over night, they sourced the part from another supplier and stayed late to make sure I could get my cat back. While I am sure this can't happen all of the time, my point is that they made a situation right!
Goodyear is brand name, so, truthfully, pricing will reflect that. But it is WORTH IT. They honor their guarantees. They make sure you are aware of upcoming parts that are starting to show wear, but they also do not force anyone to use them, or do any recommended repair. And they are serious about safety! They understand that cars have a lifespan, and will offer real honesty about repair costs so that you can decide what is best for you and your budget - but they don't make the decision for you. They will also be honest about what they Can't do. If a job is outside their scope, they will be honest about that! If a job will not repair a car enough for safety, they will be upfront about that too!
This location is BUSY. This particular location has hired more and more technicians, and still their business is hopping. It is better to call ahead for most jobs!

Almost 2 hours for an inspection with a scheduled appointment. Yes you read that right. 2 hours for a nys inspection. Front desk service never said a word about being behind or it may take a little longer. No apologies no care at all from any of the employees at all. Another guy I spoke to said he was there for 3.5 hours for an oil change and a new battery. He had a scheduled appointment as well.
Do not go here unless you literally have time to waste and nothing to do. The whole time there was also another employee just hanging up new banners outside. If your running behind on the service side maybe pick up a wrench.

I showed up close to closing time and really needed an inspection. Store got me in quickly with no problems. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Couldn't fix my problem but referred me to someone who specializes in it. Had my car on diagnostic machine more than a few days, tried to find root of problem did not overcharge me extremely fair they will help you out. I would come back honest shop

Well it was around 3pm on a Saturday couldn't get the top bolt out of my daughter's Ford starter went to Goodyear talked to them, great people great service, towed truck there, and they worked overtime and drove out of there at 5:45 pm, I was impressed with the service

Did work on my car and did damages and I want to them because they had a high rating of reviews damaged muffler system and damaged my counsel in my car over putting oxygen sensor in be careful you can always go by reviews update : I was there today Goodyear took care of all the issues thank you Goodyear for taking responsibility and fixing the console very sorry I jumped the gun didn't think it was going to get fixed
