This was an excellent experience from start to finish. Andrew was extremely helpful and kind to my wife and I. The doctors were great and the overall experience was a pleasure. Ask for Andrew and you’ll get the best customer service in the eyewear business!

The only issue is that my excellus BCBS vision benefits did not go through at the store. I have contacted Excellus and America's Best is an in network provider and I shouldn't have to send in my claim for reimbursement.
