Dismissive, wrong diagnosis. After six months of going back-and-forth and being prescribed all different expensive creams that did not work, I went to another dermatologist and saw an NP (not even an MD) and she knew exactly what it was, prescribed a cream and within a week it was gone.

I just want to say thank you to Dr Sharon , her 2 Resident Doctors , Rita and the staff for being so professional. This is the third Mose surgery i have had with them and i wouldnt go anywhere else. They have only been so kind and compassionate before, during and after the surgery. I am truly humbled by their dedication and hard work.

Awful! Do not go! I have a Northwell doctor I’ve been seeing forever and he referred me here. The doctor seemed nice enough, dismissive, but pleasant. He sent me for a blood panel. Fine ok called the office several times to see what came of the blood panel. We’ll have the doctor call you (a year later still waiting). Then I get a 200 bill. I call my insurance company and they said it’s submitted under the wrong billing code. They call the billing office to rectify. No one responds to them. I call the billing office at least 6 times. Every time I am told, I see the notes from your insurance company, I will call the doctor and call you back. Every single time the same story. Honestly the billing reps were nice enough, but the doctor does not respond. I will never ever go here again. I highly recommend you avoid it as well. If you actually want to get medical answers, and don’t want to pay for things clearly covered under your insurance out of pocket, avoid at all costs.

What a great Dermatologist office! All the staff were kind and extremely helpful.Dr. Pardes is phenomenal.I highly recommend this fine establishment!!! ????

Full disclosure, I work for Northwell IT, so I use their services as a part of the medical benefits package provided to me. Even so, every doctor I see (including my dermatologist at this location) are all fantastic. They're friendly and they listen to your questions and concerns. All of staff - from receptionists to PAs to Doctors - are wonderful here. Thanks!

A few months back I had a appointment which I was going to be late for I called up and let them know that it was an emergency and I'd be around 15 to 20 minutes late. They told me if I arrived after 15 minutes I would have to reschedule. Fast forward.....Friday may 19th my appointment was for 345. I showed up 3:10 At 4 o'clock the secretary advised us that the doctor was running an additional 45 minutes behind. I find this Is unacceptable. They could have notified us sooner.It is painfully obvious that all that matters to them is not the patience but the almighty dollar and pushing the volume through. There are plenty Of dermatologist out there that will take the patient's needs into consideration before their own. I advise that you try them before coming here.

dr pardes is amazing but the service here is downright pitiful. i have been trying to refill my prescription for 3 days to no avail. i left a message and there was no update. i spoke to a representative and still nothing. i called again today and they send in not only the wrong prescription, but to the wrong location. i am absolutely dumbfounded by the catastrophe that is northwell dermatology. save your time and energy and just go somewhere else

Dr. Septon was amazing. Understood and addressed my issue very professionally. The office staff were great giving updates. The schedule was running late and they were very good at communicating that to the patients. Overall a great experience.

Dr parades is excellent and understood what was going on w my hair he did a very good exam and waiting for bloodwork. The staff extremely nice. I highly recommend this office

I can't speak for all the Dr.'s there but Dr. Skrokov seems to really want to go the extra mile to fix my skin ailments. Zero wait time.

If I could give a 1/2 star I would. Ever since Northwell took over the dermatology office it’s terrible….Still waiting on biopsy results from 4 weeks ago.Northwell is horrible

this was the worst experience with any doctor I’ve ever had. Before my procedure, they told me it would cost no more then $100. Then after the fact send me two separate bills totaling to over $700. I would never go here again if you paid me.

Terrible service, terrible treatment, didn't listen to me. Asked a question then talked over my response in a demeaning manner, completely ignored one of my conditions and prescribed the wrong medication for two other conditions. My appointment was Friday November 13, 2020 in Huntington at 3:30pm . If I don't receive the correct prescriptions and ENOUGH to treat my conditions by Wednesday November 18, 2020. I am filing formal complaints with every federal agency possible. I already took time off work and wasted enough of my time. I am not going back to any office. I want another physician to go over my chart and prescribe the correct medication and enough to treat the issues I sought treatment for.
