All workers are nice and friendly, except there is a Spanish lady that works there that is pretty nasty and has a bad attitude.

Came here a few minutes before closing to deliver a very important package that needed to be postmarked on that day. The fee was $2.85, but I only had about $1.80 on me. The nice lady still let me deliver the package. I'll be forever grateful for how they treated me that day.

Mariana lacks the basic attributes to function as an USPS front desk agent. She lacks knowledge about her work domain, is unable to communicate her thoughts to customers, and does not maintain attentiveness during the conduct of her duties (stays on her phone reviewing facebook vs assisting customers).

I LOVE this post office. Maria, Kevin, and the others at this location are always friendly and so helpful. I cannot stress how they go above an beyond to help me with the best shipping rates and packaging strategies. Maria is a saint. I will hold off on visiting any usps location to specifically come here because they are simply the best

No point of being open. They never answer the phone and the manager is never there and even if he is, his door is always closed and locked because he's probably sleeping on his desk. There's always only one employee working there which causes a line to go out the door (I think his name is Kevin who I'd give 5 Stars to). Better off using a different service or going to a different USPS office; it's worth it.

very disappointing always get others mail and packages which i end up delivering them my self and my neighbors gets mine which gets open. please pay attention.

If i could give it a -0 minus zero i would.....the mail carrier in my area of kings point must think he goes unnoticed ..today in may 23, 2018 i have not seen him for days. the outgoing mail is still hanging onto my mailbox for 3 days ,he never picked it up or dropped off new mail. He just delivers when he feels like it . most saturdays i never get a delivery. I have called the local great neck office only to be ignored the phone rings endlessly. and when i called the 800-number after pushing all kinds of prompts the recording says there will be a 50 minute hold time.....my speaker phone is timing the hold and i'm sure they all go home before picking up the phone.....Is there anything anyone can do to correct this matter.
