Terrence at the front desk was terrific, he was very kind and professional. Took care of all my needs. Hotel was great, room was clean. Had a great time!

The andrew hotel is pretty nice I will admit i had my doubts. But the staff and the room changed my mind. Brian the front office manager was very accommodating. And the room is clean. I do wish great neck had a better view but it was still

The rooms are very clean, the valet were very nice, the staff (especially Raphael)is very respectful and helpful, the price was very fair for the location! For being in New York it’s a very quiet area.
