If you want to give away money go there, the prices are extremely unreasonable the Chinese man there that speaks no English over charges all the customers and I will report this place to the Better Business Bureau; the work he does is not worth it don’t give this place your business.

Wilson and his staff are the nicest most professional dry cleaners. I can't tell you how many times Wilson saved me because I forgot my husbands shirts in the trunk of my car for days and he rushed them for next day delivery! Top notch service.

Horrible service and disrespectful to customers thrower should seriously reconsider his tone of voice and his mannerism towards people smd also I and a few items that were damaged so if you want to be talked down to and disrespected and have you clothing damaged then go ahead

Possibly the most rudest workers in any cleaners that o have ever used. Their prices are very expensive.Never deliver cloths on time . Everyone from the seamstress . Front desk personnel need to go to school on how to speak with customers. I will never use this cleaners ever again. I had some work performed on my coat. It took 2 weeks they charged me $35.00 dollars whereby another cleaner would have charged med $25.00. They are all unknowledgeable talk like they are experts. This place needs to change their staff they all are horrible. I do not recommend this establishment. Stay away and find another cleaners even if you have to travel to another cleaners.

They didn’t clean the stains and damaged my coat. The staff there was no taking any responsibility. I told them the issue but no refund and no apologies. They told me that there was nothing they can do and ask me to leave.

This is perhaps the best and most reliable Dry Cleaner I have ever used! I actually own a very well established club in New York City and I am a product influencer for high end designer men's suits, such as Brioni, Canali, Tom Ford, and Zegna, and I will tell you, my suits have been impeccably maintained by NuClear and the turnaround time to get these suits cleaned, pressed and processed has been prompt and always courteous. Since I travel often, the ownership has accommodated my schedule whether it be a rush, or if it needs to be held onto for a few days. The staff, the service and the cleaning and pressing and stain removal of all my clothes has been nothing short of spectacular. Bottom line is I travel from Connecticut and New York City and travel to Nuclear to have my clothes maintained as they are superior and have a better price point than all my local cleaners in this geographic areas, Nuclear is highly recommended by me and I will continue to have confidence on them for all my high end dry cleanable garments!

Well the fact that I had been a very loyal customer for 25+ years, I was so disappointed with my most recent encounter with the new owner and service.First the daughter of the owner is a grown woman and if she cannot handle a raised voice then maybe she shouldn't deal with customers. Guess what, when you are promised services and they not only not delivered upon, but told due to one person not coming to work, your laundry is not only not ready but there was a dismissive tone.I had been in the previous day and told it would be ready. Guess what you own a business and if it's your own business like it is you don't make excuses you get the job done any way you need. The fact that my JEWISH SABBATH was a few hours away and this cleaning needed to be back to me.This stuff was dropped off on Tuesday, and in 4 days it could not be finished is completely unacceptable. 4 Days before Shabas and still didn't get it done.Here's part 2 to the incompetence. 5 shirts were dropped the same Tuesday and on there ticket was supposed to be ready on Thursday. When I stopped by on Thursday I was told only 4 were done (which by the way makes no sense, since they were all being dry cleaned), so I said ok no problem I will be back tomorrow for my wash and fold. I was told by the owners adult child that it would all be done on Friday.Not only was the wash and fold not ready which is bad enough and ok maybe I can understand, but not really. But the same single shirt was still not ready. Now whose fault is that, I would say the same adult child that cannot handle a raised voice,Yes I raised my voice and yes that happens some times when you're frustrated. But I was not yelling I was making my point, and yes I've been told I have a loud voice.We'll grow up little girl and yes I say girl because an adult woman would have dealt with it and moved on with her day.The fact that my Sabbath was disrespected by these new owners without any urgency to get this done,is a slap on my face and my family. This needs to get done before sundown.Shame shame shame on you. Please consider going elsewhere for this disrespect
