Simply amazing. Whole staff was incredible, Nicole and Alex were extremely helpful, quick, and detailed in response to my initial request. I basically had a terrible paint job that needed fixing, dents in the car doors, scratches everywhere and a shattered windshield - so a lot of work had to be done. They repainted several panels, redid my windshield, detailed the paint and interior, even cleaned my engine! My car is a 2016 Jetta and the work the team did is so beautiful she looks brand new inside and out. The team really went above and beyond and every facet of my car looks and feels incredible. Thank you all so much! This is the only place I will trust with my car!!

North Shore Auto is very good! They did a great job on car repairing as well as dealing with insurance company. It took a bit long time due to the process, but it worth, My car looks fabulous! I would highly recommend!

I brought them my car after being hit in a parking lot. They did terrific work and went above and beyond in every way. The staff is extremely helpful and they are able to work with your insurance directly. In addition to fixing my car, they did an outstanding job detailing the car from front to back and outside to inside. I highly recommend using North Shore Auto Collision if you’re ever in the need for Automotive bodywork.

This is a great shop for collision work. David the owner is super, and has been in business for a long time for good reasons. They were most helpful in dealing with our insurance company which otherwise might be stressful. And they did an exceptionally fine job. My 6 years old car came out like new, particularly with his fine detailing work inside and out, even the engine! Most highly recommended!!!

The 5 star rating really isn’t enough to represent how great the experience was. The team at north shore is very professional explaining everything in great detail and delivering our car better than we could’ve hoped for. They did a great job repairing the vehicle, communicating and making us very happy.

Excellent customer service!!!!!!! All of these 5 star reviews are legitimate. Someone rear ended my F-150 and Inny took care of everything for me. She was on top of the insurance and called them on my behalf. She also handled the rental service for me. This was as hassle free as it could be. 1000% would have them service my vehicles again. They fixed my F-150 up better than I expected. It got me a much better value when I went to go trade it in.
Everyone at the shop was super professional and a pleasant to deal with. Do not have any doubts about going to this place. This family owned business deserves all the success.

I finally decided to stop by North Shore Auto Collision to get an estimate to get my Mustang fixed and realized the 1980s Mercedes SL sticking off the shop’s wall like a MoMa painting wasn’t the best part of it. Alex gave me a great estimate and really took time to explain to me the job process and answer my questions. I went back also with my wife’s car to get new tires and alignment and David took great care of it while I was waiting in the spa-like waiting room. The driver’s seatbelt had a minor issue since the car was purchased and he found the problem right away and fixed it on the spot. Finally, it is truly amazing to still see a family working together like Victoria Alex and their kids and treating their customers just like family. It’s reassuring to see businesses like this still exist in a city where way too often prices are not aligned with the service you get.

Words really can’t say enough about how absolutely amazing this family run body shop takes care of you and gives you back your as if it was off of a showroom floor! Swift excellent service and attention to every detail makes this business number 1 in my book! Took care of my issues with insurance and secured a rental for me all under one beautiful roof .. the shop is gorgeous! ?! Feels like you’re at a retreat while you’re in the building. 5 stars all the way! Thank you, David and Victoria and family . I am one happy customer! Def will recommend far and wide! ?????♀️
