This pharmacy is incredible. A few years back my mother's doctor recommended Nature's Remedy Pharmacy to her. Susan the pharmacist is on top of everything. Between my mother and her significant other she dispenses over 20 medications that they take monthly. Susan is always aware of what needs to be filled, follows up with the doctors when a new script is needed and works with me on any concerns. An example, I needed a different manufacturer of a pill because when I went to cut it in half it was crumbling. Additionally, my mother lives in Suffolk and arrangements are made so that the medications are delivered to her home. The ease, communication, and efficiency that this pharmacy provides cannot be matched! The comfort that they provide to me is enormous in knowing that any medication needs are addressed and provided seamlessly.

I have been a customer for about one year now. This pharmacy is absolutely there for their customers. They offer free delivery and work with your doctors to make sure that you always have the prescription medication you need! They have also delivered to my household essentials during this pandemic...you should try them!

This is truly a remarkable place. Yes, they fill prescriptions, sell cough drops, canes, lipsticks and deodorant, but it's all a front. Not for hard drugs, but for sweet unaffected human kindness and intelligent compassion. I leave there with a plastic bottle of pills and a rush of gratitude for the way these lovely people treat every customer. Great Neck sometimes seems like an emotional Arctic, but Nature's Remedy is an orange tree blooming on Middle Neck Road. If they close, I am moving. And yes, their prices beat CVS and there are no long lines.

This is the best pharmacy in NY! Just walking into Nature's Remedy is reassuring experience with its warm and serene ambiance. Ilona, the Pharmacist is caring, extremely competent and she takes the time to answer all questions. She is great at helping clients to get through insurance issues and she effectively responds to any questions about medications. I couldn't be happier to have found her!

Excellent service, knowledgeable and kind, willing to help the customer understand what their getting and what is covered vs. what is not covered. Very warm and inviting store that can rival that of most popular drug stores. I definitely recommend making the switch, you won't regret it!

Great intimate service by owner Ilona. Once a Pharmacist for B&S Pharmacy in Forest Hills until its closing. She is dedicated to making your trip there a pleasant one. Has a large selection of organic and all natural remedies plus being an old fashion mom and pop drug store. A real gem and hard to do with all large chains taking over and offering everyday products. That being convience to others they brake the mold of a traditional drug store as we remember them. Some customers have followed her from Forest Hills and surrounding areas as I do to get medications and alike. She calls customers when becoming low on their meds talks with dxs if need be, she is a rare find in this competitive industry.
