The company is great I love working with them . But when one of their new reps don’t know what they r doing and mess up your order . I think they should be retrained and have help in the first time with a customer .

My husband bought me a new wedding ring from Le Vian and it's the prettiest ring I have ever seen. I went into kay jewelers looking for something that was my style when I showed the gentleman what I was looking for he said one second, and came back with a ring that was very similar to what I wanted only for me it was prettier than what I wanted. I then messaged Le Vian about a band that would go with it and they were so helpful and quick to get back with me. 100% will forever love Le Vian for thing great experience.
