I recently had the pleasure of working with Kevin Guevara as our maître d' at Leonard's Palazzo, and he truly made our event seamless and enjoyable. Kevin was patient, kind, and helpful from start to finish. When we needed extra tables in the ballroom at the last minute, he made it happen quickly. Even when we needed batteries in a pinch, Kevin came through for us. He kept everything running on time, ensuring the flow of activities was perfect. Thank you, Kevin!!!

Absolutely beautiful venue! The entrance, layout and space are all impressive. The main entrance staff were nice enough. The disappointment came with the catering staff. A few of us missed the cocktail hour because of assisting the bride and bridal party. The food was being wheeled away and I asked the staff if I could grab something since I had been busy and not able to eat. They scornfully told me the food was in the back already so I could not get anything. If it was just put in the back then why could I not just grab something quickly? They refused with an attitude. I quietly walked away. Additionally, there were bottled drinks placed in the bridal suite with no way to open the wine and soda bottles. A bottle opener should have been provided along with the drinks. The lack of attention to detail was quite disappointing especially at this price point. Again, the venue is stunning but the customer service has room for improvement.

The venue is very beautiful and staff are friendly and respectful. The only thing that could be better is the food. The pasta with tomato sauce was bland and I had the chicken dinner plate and it was good, but when I tried my husband's salmon dinner.. it hurt my stomach.. it tasted like they thawed it in the microwave. You will have to season the food yourself. I also recommend that they upgrade the dinner plate covers. They look like the one's they use at the hospital. Apart from that I left this place with beautiful memories ??

My wedding was spectacular! Rina and Jose were amazing! So attentive! My husband (the groom) ripped his pants dancing and they actually came out with a sewing machine and fixed them on the spot! Service is impeccable! Gorgeous venue and great food! Eric was a pleasure to work with as well!

The managers are all helpful and respectful!
The spaces vary, but are renovated in the recent years. They continue to have renovations regularly to improve the grounds. The penthouse halls are the largest and beautiful, but a hassle to carry supplies up through. The service elevator is tiny and simply does not efficiently carry supplies. As a vendor, it’s possibly the most frustrating elevator service we’ve come across in a venue.
This aside, all fares well for the venue! The ceremony space is stunning during the warmer weather when the grounds are landscaped.

Great reception for my daughters wedding. Everything was exactly what we asked for. We had some table number issues which Joe and Floor manager Jose (whose great btw) had it resolved quickly the day of. They handled everything as needed. My guests all raved how good the food was. I was extremely satisfied with the turn out.

It was my first time to go there for a party. I was surprised how amazing the place was … and the employees are, starting from the valets, the concierge and the waiters … everyone treated you special. Food was good too. Valet parking was efficient and Free. Nice experience at Leonard’s palazzo ???
