I went there to make a wire transfer yesterday. I provided my NY ID and my SS#. The banker asked for the driver license I used to open the account more than15 years ago. It’s an IN driver license and I no longer have it. Over the years I have moved multiple times. The banker then went to speak to the branch manager. The branch manager came and told me to update my information with my “home branch”. I went to my “home branch” the branch manager provided and was told that the branch manager had notated my account and prevented anyone from doing anything with my account.

Been banking here for 20 years, seen staff come and go. It's a bank, they try hard for you to fix problems. This branch has parking in the rear and street parking. Their ATMs are easily accessible.
