The views are phenomenal, and the spaces are beautifully decorated - the breakfast & snacks and welcome lounge space are a delightful add. I highly recommend The Fathoms Hotel.”
“My stay was good thanks to Jocelyn, she has such a sweet and welcoming spirit. She turned our frown upside down and made sure we were comfortable. Loved that, that’s what you call going above and beyond for guests!”

135-21 37th Ave, Queens“Everything was great. Very helpful staff, they allowed us to leave our backpacks until the evening after leaving the hotel. Hotel in a good and safe location with good access to the city center by metro or train. Cleanliness and silence at a higher level. Chinatown, you feel like you have visited China, the atmosphere cannot be compared to Chinatown in Manhattan. I will also add that the hotel is very close to LaGuardia airport and also not far from JFK airport (20 minutes by Uber)Safety: Safe neighborhood”

Gat a chance to see the place in person while visiting family here at the beach. Beautiful location, great ambiance and looks like impressive food / service.
Hopefully will get a chance to stay in the near future perhaps when booking and schedule will allow it. Would recommend a visit to the grounds at the very least.”

1800 Privado Rd, Westbury“If I could give a 20 out of 10 I would! All the staff at the hotel were amazing. My husband and I stayed here the night before our wedding, got ready in 2 separate suites the day of our wedding, and stayed the night of our wedding. They made sure that my husband and I were on 2 different floors so that we would not run into each other. We gave the front desk staff welcome bags to give to each guest upon arrival. They fulfilled all of our requests with ease and professionalism. They even surprised us with a complimentary bottle of champagne the night of our wedding. How thoughtful!! We also booked a Post Nuptial Brunch the following day after our wedding. The food was delicious and the service was perfect! The front desk staff was outstanding and the manager, Matt, was so attentive and easy to communicate with. He always answered my emails promptly and with all the information I needed, if not more!! This made me so confident that our stay here would be nothing less than excellent. If you are looking for a no stress stay with staff who will make your special day easier, please book now with Courtyard by Marriott in Westbury!!!”

1776 Eastchester Rd, Bronx“We have stayed here numerous times when visiting family. Prices have gone up but the suites are just perfect for our stays. The free Buffett has gotten so much better, better quality food, better display of the food, all due to Donisha Jordan. She is organized, professional yet very personable. So nice to have met and talk to here. We also would like to shout out the young lady who made our reservation ( sorry cannot remember her name). She worked with us to secure a room in a timely manner. Marisol Umanzor was also wonderful at the front desk. We would have given this hotel 5 stars but they no longer serve bar bites which is really needed, especially if you are drinking at the bar. Overall excellent stay and excellent staff. We miss Zoe Parker the former manager there.Rooms: SpaciousNearby activities: Neighborhood not that great! Potholes everywhere leading to hotel.Food & drinks: Bar service good but bar bites needed..BRING THIS BACK!Noteworthy details: Staff is wonderful!”

133-12 37th Ave, Queens“It was one of the hotels offered to me through the Agoda application after a hotel 5 minutes away from Manhattan, New York was canceled. I chose it because it was close to the metro. The area is full of Korean, Chinese, Taiwanese and Thai style restaurants. It's totally a Chinatown. There is Mays's and a shopping mall nearby. It is very easy to reach Mangattan from the center with a metro ride of about 40 minutes. The same thing comes out for breakfast every day. We found something to fill our stomachs. Our room was cleaned every day. There is no problem other than being far from Manhattan
Nearby activities: In a neighborhood where Far Eastern cuisine dominates”
“Great hotel, and typical of the brand. No surprises. Staff are friendly and attentive. Location I have 4/5… it’s LGA airport. If you need an airport hotel it’s great. Otherwise you are middle of nowhere.”

45 7th St, Garden City“I am a native Nyer who moved and back visiting from NC. Stayed here as the reviews were better than others around. While this was a tad pricer I decided why not. We arrived around 8pm. At first look the property looks really good. There were valets who we asked where to park and they showed us the other side of the building. On entry in the lobby, it's clean, uncluttered and well lit. No musty odors. We got to our room and we were impressed. I had no expectations but was nicely surprised. I am always on the look out for a room not well cleaned. Hair on the pillow or bathroom floor...NOPE. there was none of that. We ordered room service and the bread basket with the olive oil was really good. The fries..were crispy and done well. The room was modern enough, clean. Not a dust in sight. Even in the morning. Bravo. We actually decided we would stay here again. No complaints.Rooms: The rooms are spacious. Had the king room.Food & drinks: Food was good. A bit pricey but worth it.”
“My family and I had a wonderful stay at Ramada by Wyndham Flushing Queens in July. The General Manager, Mr. JK, and his team members, Michelle and Mira, provided exceptional service that made our visit truly memorable. We stayed in a room on the 6th floor with a stunning view of the NYC skyline—absolutely breathtaking!
The hotel's location was perfect for us, with nearby halal food options, the Skyview Mall, various shops (mostly Chinese products), and easy access to the subway. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the breakfast provided each morning was delicious and a great start to our day. The housekeeping and kitchen staff performed their duties professionally.
Overall, our experience was fantastic, and we would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting New York.”
“This was the best location with everything you can need within close proximity. The hotel is perfect and the staff was one of the best I have encountered! I highly recommend!!”

1 Idlewild Dr, Queens“I read the reviews ahead. I suppose if you're looking for the bad you will see the bad. We had THE BEST TIME. My 12 year old son and I stayed for a night. Check in was easy, room was great, food was great, building was amazing. We hung out in the pool for hours. The kids were all there chatting about what's there, what's landing, what's coming later. We ate in the Paris cafe for dinner. Service was slow but we enjoyed the pizza very much. I had more fun as a parent than expected. I would def go back. Our room looked out over the runway, it was super clean, bed was comfy, zero complaints. The bar in the room has exceptional crystal glassware. No mini bar in the fridge so pack ahead. Fancy wine glasses, bring your own bottle. I got one cocktail at the pool and they don't hold back on the liquor. Pay an extra $4 for a pretty plastic TWA cup to keep.”

3275 Byron St, Wantagh“Hats off to Manning and Ellie at the Jones Beach Hotel inWantagh, NY. Great experience and so much has to do with the customer service we got from the start. As so many reviews say, it's a hidden gem off the beaten path in a quaint neighborhood. It was very clean, cozy and costs less than your chain hotels. Love the pay phone in the hallway. It's a time machine as you step inside. We had no time to enjoy the attached restaurant but it was highly recommended. Thank you, again, Manning and Ellie.”
“I stood here for almost 10 days, back in February, and I was pleasantly surprised at how big and clean my room was!! I will definitely be staying here again on my next visit to Westchester County!! Good staff too.”
“The hotel is in Flushing, in the middle of Queens' Chinatown. Beautiful, spacious and comfortable room and bathroom. The breakfast is weak and the free transfer to and from LGA airport only comes if the passenger calls the hotel to request it, which complicates the logistics on arrival, especially for foreign travelers.”
“One of the last motels left in Queens that hasn't been turned into a migrant shelter. It's the same old Kew... Jungle Room ..Mirror room . You know what you came there for . Price still right ?”
“Sooo we had a change in flights and spent the night. Kinda fast in and out. Overall it’s fine, not my favorite Hyatt but really did the job. Very strange location, I had trouble figuring out where to park. No signs! Plus I was jet lagged. I’ll be back soon for another layover, I’ll probably check out the casino just to see where I’m at!”
“I'm a New Yorker born and bred, so when I tell you New York has changed boy I'm not kidding! This is the first time I had to pay to stay at a hotel. Surprisingly with the city bring over crowded we had a difficult time locating a room ourselves. So we got a booking agent. She got a nice room at Best Western on Van Wyck. Room was clean and nice. Especially the bathroom. The receptionist was knowledgeable and pleasant. My only negative experience was the breakfast. It was unappealing and their wasn't good choices. Being this hotel is consider to be choice. I expect more. There was cereal, yogurt. Just Blah! Best Western needs to do a better job.”

“I went this hotel with my family for a trip and overall the place is really clean and the staff members are nice. There is parking outside the hotel but they also have sperate parking at a garage but you have to pay 35$ a day. I used the garage and it was a good garage it had plenty parking. The rooms are non smoking and the rooms are really clean the bathroom is luxurious and they provide you with everything in the bathroom. I would come back to this hotel and I would recommend to everyone who is looking for a hotel in this area and I would mostly recommend to people with kids.”

1221 Old Northern Blvd, Roslyn“This was our second stay at The Roslyn and it was even better than our first. This hotel is beautiful and charming - it looks like someone took an older building and shaped it with a lot of care and love. It feels cozy without being pretentious, a comfy classy vibe.Raj also made our visit extra special, informing us about what to expect at our stay and also surprising us with a slice of cheesecake for my partner's birthday! It was unexpected and made the night feel more special.Lastly, their restaurant (Atlas New World Bistro) is an unexpected presence. The food there is really good, like someone in there definitely knows how to cook! From the Eggs Benedict to the Croque Madame, it's hard to go wrong when you're craving breakfast or a weekend brunch. And special mention to their breakfast potatoes - I don't really like home fries, but these are so good. Like, crispy little cubes that still feels light, seasoned well and it's really unlike most generic home fries. Definitely worth a try!”

135-20 39th Ave, Queens“I never write reviews but was compelled to do so after Kevin, our Airport shuttle driver, saved our day by taking the time, unprompted to wait for us as we struggled to get our two small children out of the hotel. We thought for sure that we had missed the shuttle and were preparing to order an uber when the front desk called to follow up. Kevin then came up with a trolley and helped us get to the airport on time and was super pleasant about it.The rooms were clean and comfortable and very appropriate for the price.”

“This place was both less and more. Less in the fact that you'd call down to the desk and they say they didn't get a call. As a result, I had to lie there with a beeping fire alarm all night and still get up and go to work the next day. Less in that you'd go in to the desk at say, 230am because you have a long drive ahead of you and no amount of hellos or knocking can wake whoever is taking a nap in the office. I had to ask the security guard to get the night person.
It was More in the fact that the staff even tho they didn't have much English, were very nice and helpful ppl. When I returned from work the day after the beeping fire alarm, I saw one of the you ladies and explained to her what I need and within 5 mins, a man was there to fix it for me. I had stopped by the reception desk and told the guy who was working there but when I opened the door after work, the beeping greeted me which means he forgot to do his job and have it fixed when I was gone all day.
It was More in the sense that when I had an issue with the washing machine the same young man rushed to my assistance and took it apart and got it fixed for me so I could wash my clothing. Real nice staff, those people.
Food & drinks: About 40 restaurants within walking distance of the hotel I was told when I enquired.”
“Reynah was amazing and so thoughtful she has made the check in process a breeze. They hotel was a nice vacation away I look forward to getting married near the hotel and spending my honeymoon here”
