I have an excellent experience with a mechanic by the name John. He was knowledge, professional, humble,and polite.I was having problem with my car tire valve stem yesterday morning and the tire is completely out of air and almost flat. I went to the shop and asked if he can take a look of the problem. At the time, John was busy working on a school bus. But he didn’t hesitate to drop what he is doing and went to my car to take a look of the problem. John explain to me in detail what has to done and replace. He order the TPMS sensor right away and informed me the parts is on the way. After the parts arrived a hour later. He informed me that the part is $161.00 and he think it is expensive to replace. John want to save me some money. John said to me that he will try to unscrew the old TPMS sensor carefully without breaking it to avoid using the new parts.After 10 minutes later. John informed me that he was successfully remove and reinstalled the sensor back to place with a new valve stem. How many mechanic will do something like that to save customer money and being honest person. This isn’t the first time I went to the shop. I have an great experience with John last time also. I have a lot of experience with different mechanic and shop in New York area. I have to said John is one of the outstanding mechanic that I ever met. It is wonderful to know that still has mechanic around like him. Thank you again for being professional, honest, and courtesy to your customer!

Best service station in town! Wonderful service, friendly and always willing to go the extra mile. Singh is great…saved the day when my low tire pressure signal appeared and I had a nail in my tire. They get the work done fast and don’t overcharge.

Horrible. Worst customer service. Was left sitting for nearly 10 min just waiting for an attendant ... then he never returned to take payment. When he finally did return with my change 5 min later after I had to gently honk 4x to get his attention, he basically threw my money at me without any word of thanks. This is the MOST ungrateful, rude, unappreciative and unprofessional businesses in the area. I thought I would support a brand new biz, but this was my 2nd visit here in 2 wks, and I got the very same service. Thankfully there are many other gas station choices all over Rt110, so I will never return here! And neither should you.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Luke's Full Service Gas station services. I have been using this gas station for full services for quite a while now. I live in this neighborhood for last 40 years. You guys were always very kind, welcoming and efficient. But the best part is the last week. During this COVID-19 situation, one of the employee Mr. Ravinder Singh went on a step ahead to help me. I am an old woman. I cannot step out of my car to pump the gas. But Mr. Singh helped me pumping the gas and made sure the gas tank is full. Then I realized that I have an orange light indicator on my dashboard. I just want to make sure it is not a potential problem or any safety issues. Therefore, I asked Mr. Singh about it. He instantly replied "Do not worry, Mam. I will check it right now". Then he checked all my car's tire pressure. He filled the necessary air. Later on, he also cleaned the front windshield of my car along with rear view mirrors. Wow, his services were excellent and very FAST. The most important part is, he made sure that I will not get out of my car because of this pandemic. Mr. Singh, many thanks for your honesty and professional services. I have already and will definitely continue to recommend your services to others in future. My husband and I really appreciate all the effort from you. Wishing you all lovely day and thank you Mr. Singh for your outstanding services.
