Brien the entry rep was courteous patient and ran his dept very efficiently. After entering the information he escorted me to the upstairs waiting room. The room and tv were very nice. However having tootsie rolls and watered down coffee at 8:00 AM was ridiculous. The downstairs waiting room served the same tootsie rolls but the coffee was broken so the customers had to come upstairs for their watered down coffee. Too bad!

This 3 Start review is not for their service as whole but for one specific person. I have bought a car where the salesman Jay was amazing but the finance manage was rude. He tried his best in a worst way to sell extended warranty and every time I have denied the offer he got angry. Sorry Mr chosen one Jew customer won't take that type of behavior positively.

Got a car from this location last week. Highly recommended if anyone need a car. Mr. Eric and Mr. Mohamed were both professional and polite, patiently provided all information and scheduled a good technical support. The place was clean and comfortable. Should took pictures to share.
