Best spot to get a things done.. last minute run... photo copy, anything print letters email... employees are aite, feels like they are there just to collect check.. except one best customer service forgot his name.

Highly recommend this fed ex location and really appreciate the hard work that staff will do for their customers. Bruce went above and beyond for me as a customer today he was kind and patient and really cared about getting my package delivered safely. Thank you Bruce for your help!

Rude staff and service ! . They service is horrible . The staff doesn't want to do their job and leave you hanging and when you ask a question they respond rudely . I don't usually write negative reviews but my experience with them was so bad that I had to share with others on their horrible work ethic .

The delivered my package to the wrong house. Called. You cannot speak to a human and website kicked me off numerous times telling me that my package was delivered.

I make copies of patterns for commercial artwork here often. Today, the self service large format printer wasn't working. Staff was very responsive and spent a large amount of time getting it to work. They really went above and beyond. I was so impressed and grateful.

I just arrived at this FedEx to drop of a package. It is currently 6:13pm on a Monday, and this location is scheduled to close at 8pm on Mondays. I went up to the door and tried to open it but the door was locked. A man in the store just looked at me shook his head and walked away. When I tried to get his attention again he avoided eye contact. Then a lady came in and made eye contact with me finally and when I pointed at the hours sign she rudely shook her finger at me and mouthed "no". Lazy workers closing early. Could've just let me in and return my one package along with the man who came right after me with just a letter. Even if there was reason for them to close early they could've been friendly about it, since they are the ones not abiding to their hours.

The most unprofessional, depressing, and greedy FedEx office. Deserves zero stars and like the previous *honest* post have mentioned, how is this "business" still open???? Desperate to scam customers with products to use free service ( that associate is pathetic)Go at your own risk and waste your valuable time. There are far more better/knowledgeable carriers and retailers!!
