“I recently visited this T-Mobile Store and had a great experience working with Zaira. From the moment I walked in, the staff made my family and I feel welcomed and taken care of. The store is clean, spacious and well-organized. The staff was very knowledgeable, patient and experienced. I was nervous about cellphone service interruption since I was switching from another carrier and Zaira ensured that everything worked smoothly before making the transition. I had a number of requests for my new plan and she executed it flawlessly. The manager Chris was also very helpful, friendly and smart! They truly cared about our goals and I appreciated it!
