“I haven't required teller services but the ATM is nice. Private booth outside and I never have to wait for more than one person, if that. It is always clean and works well. Building seems good too. It is nice they are open on Sundays as a main bank. I did recently come here and tried to withdraw $50 but they only could give it to me in $5s which was strange, otherwise I am pleased with the facility.”

It took me 2 hours each time to repeat all the questions with customer service from different departments! Still no solution yet! Until today when I arrived here, Shuhan Yang talked with the customer service for more than an hour attentively. During the process, she was really considerate of her customers!
