Their hours on the web state that they are open untill 7:00 pm on Friday. I arrived at 6:38 with a package that had to be shipped that day and the clerk said that he had already shut down the system. He further stated that if I decided to ship the package at that time he would be unable to give me a receipt or a tracking number. As the item was valued at over $750.00 (seven hundred and fifty US dollars) I found his suggestion to be ridiculous. He further stated that the store policy is to shut down the system at 6:45 pm meaning they are unable to give receipts or tracking numbers after that time. As I stated I arrived unknowingly prior to their unposted closing time policy the clerk had prematurely shut down the system even by the stores own policy. I will be using other shipping centers in the future.

This place does not care about FedEx express packages. Left a FedEx express package for next day delivery and ended up sitting in their shop overnight. They blamed carrier for not coming to pickup. They could have called carrier hub and made more effort rather than sitting around and doing nothing. No responsibility on their end.

Do not rely on them for Fedex Express package. They forgot to give my package and left it hanging around their shop till I called in. Had to pickup the package and send it out myself. Customer needed package next day and lost a sale thanks this lazy management.

Beyond disappointing! To say the least. Unprofessional background music, Jasmine was terribly rude and extremely lazy. Sent an email to her Manager still waiting for a return email it's only been a week +.

Thank you so much, Jasmine! I had an Amazon return and I needed a label printed out and Jasmine printed it out for me. Very convenient and the label fee is $1 which is not bad for not having a printer. When I arrived home, I realized I emailed the wrong label for another return and I called Jasmine and she changed the label for me over the phone and saved me another trip. Thanks so much for the excellent customer service! I've also dropped off Amazon returns to be picked up by UPS with the label printed and they scanned it and I got my refund on the same day. What a convenience to have in the neighborhood! Thanks!

Went there today which is Saturday. The young lady there was rude and cold. Feels like I'm not the customer but her enemy! People of other stores in this area such as UPS and U.S. Postal Office are nice and friendly, therefore I won't go to this store anymore!
