Avoid this location if you can. If you can't and have to use it, then make sure you have a nice solid block of your day open because they are slow and they do not care about customer service. I have to go to this location, because all of the other locations closer to me have closed down. I used to use the ATM machine, but then it chewed up one of my paychecks and it was a nightmare getting reimbursed. For whatever reason the Capital One app doesn't work well on my phone, but that's a different review. There always seems to be 5 to 10 people working there, but only one teller open. Rather than opening up another teller, the 'employees' prefer repeatedly telling you that someone else will be right there to help you, and then go back to their imaginary busy work.

I was recently helped by Mohammed T for some banking and wire transfers needs. There was zero wait time while in the bank. He was extremely helpful and answered all questions in-depth. Would highly recommened working with him for any of your banking needs. 10/10

If there was a negative star, it wouldn't be enough. RUN as fast as you can from this branch and any other Capital One Branches.It'll take you several "appointments" to sit with someone to open an account and then 7 Business days for your funds to clear. HORRIBLE - STAY AWAY!!!

Since this branch received poor reviews, I was extremely reluctant to go there. I was pleasantly surprised. Kaitlyn was the associate who helped me. She was professional, kind, knowledgeable and informative. She guided me on how to choose a banking product to fit my needs. I was out of the bank in 15 minutes.

Be aware of additional fees that other banks do not charge! Consider using another bank.I recently ordered a bank check at this branch. In all my other experiences at other banks, banks usually waive the fee for bank checks or do not have a fee at all. This is a kind gesture and good customer service. I was surprised that this bank did not do so. What made matters worse? The branch teller told me to call customer service to wave the fee. When I called customer service, they said that the branch teller and manager are the only people who have the power to waive this fee. I wish they were more straightforward with me. I will be looking elsewhere to do my banking.

Horrible serviceIf the other branch is not closed, I would never come here.There was a line for 3 people. But male teller was chatting to the customer for more than 15 minutes like no one else is waiting. All they were talking about is something personal.

the wait time is always deplorable! they've closed all the other locations in the area. you'd think this being the only location, they'd be better staffed. i've been here for 10 mins. same 3 customers have been at the window. there are 4 people in front of me and now 4 behind. it's ridiculous.

This place is open! You can use services both inside and outside(through a drive through). Great capital one. Has a parking lot. I waited... , but was helped right away when seen. I needed a notary & it went smoothly. I was very satisfied. Thank you.

Zero stars if I could. Not sure why they're open if they staff one person for the entire office and long lines of customers. Capital one corporate - either staff this branch or shut it down. You're wasting everyone's time.
