They occasionally have the lowest price for gas. My visit was quick, easy and hassle free. I got the lowest priced gas in my 30 mile radius. Also, it was well lit with a night time attendant.

Always on point and super efficient and polite! I love the guys at Pauls Auto Repair! They do great work that last. I love how up front the are about cost and work! When you bring your car here they do the job right the first time. Oil changes are great and waiting room is awesome! I am moving to Seattle in DECEMBER and one of the things I will miss most is Pauls Auto Repair! Thanks guys for years of service and exceptional people skills!

The most professional, caring and honest guys at this shop! I went to 3 different mechanics to fix my Mini and none of them gave me an honest opinion and just kept replacing parts that were actually working and not fixing the problem. The guys at Pauls were upfront, always kept me updated and were very honest. They helped me to figure out what to do with my car. Seriously the best people. And so happy to have discovered the shop I can trust. If you are looking for reliable and honest mechanics - that is the place!

Been coming to this place for years, last year, my bmw has been problematic with the water pump which i understand it is a maintenance item and cost me over 3000 to have it replaced at pauls. Went to another shop and asked about the recently changed water pump repair and showed me the wrong anti-freeze was used. First fail. (the reason why this is important is because bmw is mostly made out of plastic and the oe coolent which is blue liquid, which is better for the plastic parts. Pauls auto shop used a green liquid) . He then proceeded to show me that the parts used were not OE but aftermarket, which i found online for 1/2 of the price but i am charged with for oe part. Paul is very nice and the team is really polite but prices are the same as dealership without the OE parts. Be careful to check the items installed. Angel is at the front desk. Polite and well mannered with customers. Solution, go online and find the part you need and buy it yourseld. See that part being installed and stay at the shop and watch them do it. How i fixed my bmw, i bought the kit from FCP euro for water pump 400 (lifetime warranty) . Had the mechanic from another shop in queens do it for much cheaper, watch him do it. .

Paul and Team are extremely good at what they do and can fix problems other shops and even the dealers may have difficulty with. The only thing is that you have to pay a premium for this better service. Approximately 50% more so if you are value oriented it may not be the best for you.

Paul and his team are definitely a neighborhood gem! Ever since an emergency muffler problem, they have been my absolutely go to for car maintainers and emergencies. Paul and his team are trustworthy, he came up with ingenious ideas to fix my car issue within the day instead of just telling me to purchase new equipments. Thank you Paul!!

they changes the number of the products. Number means Price. They always trying to change the price if you seems young or different country from them. They can't speak English at all. They put 25% of the tax including. So check the receipt always always three times two times. I couldn't get a refund but it sucks. Please snow a lot to that place.

My son took his car in for repair of a sunroof that would not close and they decided that the car needed a $2000 water pump and told my son that this car had years of performance left. My husband had been a good client for years but I was always skeptical of their workmanship and their integrity. After supposedly putting in this 'water pump' the sunroof remained un fixed and the car died within a week and my son had to purchase a new car. I asked to see the old pump and somehow it wasn't available.... Hmmm. Outrageous. Be very wary. They come off knowledgeable and as if they are friendly but, for years I knew they were schemers and cheaters but couldn't convince my husband until now.

Stopped in last for my GEICO Vehicle Inspection. Staff was extremely flexible, professional and efficient. Thank you for being so mindful of my time and just outright friendly and respectful to Andrea and I. You made an unpleasant & inconvenient experience ever so digestible. Would consider returning for a repair and/or oil change.
