On Thursday December 22, 2022 I came in to deposit a check. As I was filling out the deposit slip, the bank manager walked by and asked all the customers if everything was okay and if they needed help with anything except for me. I would conclude that being I was the only customer of color that the bank manager is biased against African American people. As a professional teacher with over 25 years of experience, my motto is “always treat others the way you want to be treated “. Also, we should treat people from all walks of life equally. I would not recommend this branch to anyone.

Too many mistake. Pleasant staff but impossible to reach on the phone to correct their mistakes. This branch needs retraining on how to correctly handle transactions. We will start to look else where if this continues, which is unfortunate because they are nice, but too many simple clerical errors which I have to show up in person to fix.

Mixed performance. They do form relationships with customers and show an interest. But one time, we sat for two hours while they us up with online banking. It's impossible to get them on the phone. I wouldn't use them. Chase is much better...products and services are better and they respond to inquiries and problems.

Travis is the best! He spent his time with us, explain all the benefits of the card. He also helped open a checking account. Very nice and professional ! I rate him 11, more than 1-10 scale!

I have always had excellent service at this branch. We refinanced last year our mortgage and yes, it took a long time to process, but you can't beat the interest rate we received (2.75%). Overall, I'm a very satisfied customer.

The Call Center are much better to work with. Rochelle is the best Branch manager I have seen in the last 7 years at this branch. Do not deal with Gloria. She should be out. She is the reason customer closed their account. If I'm a new customer I would have close my account and take my money to do business else where. She is too tired with her job and it show by the way she interact with clients. She has no PR skills whatsoever. She put no efforts and her mannerism show.
