“If God were a Mercedes Benz mechanic, his name would be "Willy". Willy tells it like it is. If you don't want to hear" the truth", don't take your car to Willy. He is a serious mechanic with at least two generations of experience with Mercedes Benz. He fixes them all. He's honest and trustworthy. I took my 2012 SL63 AMG to him on a flat bed tow truck. To car dealers, seeing a car on a tow truck alone means big $$$. Willy, due to his substantial experience and honesty, diagnosed the problem as a series of broken drive belt pulleys that simply wore out and the serpentine belt shredded while I was driving 65+ MPH in 90+ degree heat. The power steering went out, the ABC suspension left the car 5" above the ground and the car overheated. The instrument cluster went totally "screaming red". Willy could have charged me a fortune. He fixed the car while I waited. He charged me for the belt drive and serpentine belt and replaced the fluids. He could have told me anything and I would have paid. I love my car! After the job was done, he had me start the car, it instantly rose back to its correct level and not one instrument cluster light came on. It drives like new. All I can tell you is, this guy knows his stuff! From now on, if either of my Mercedes Benz AMG cars are in need of a mechanic, even if I have to drive from the moon, I'm driving to Willy's. He's not flashy. He's just worth his weight in gold! Don't waste your time with anybody else!”

“Today around 4PM, while I was driving my 2017 Honda CRV, a lot of warnings came onto the screen. In the beginning I didn't worry much but at some point I got a warning of the car overheating so I had to pull over as soon as possible. I pulled over into the Nor Service's Center, when I tried to turn-off the engine, I couldn't do it as usual, I had to follow instructions and pressed the ignition twice.The person at the desk talked to me immediately. He was very calm and professional. He took the car and they checked the computer, they ran diagnostics and added coolant. In 35 minutes the car was good as new. Even the "Tire Pressure Low" warning disappeared (A warning for which I checked my tires in the past over and over and couldn't get rid of)They charged me minimal.I am so grateful to them for helping me right away, for working on fixing my car immediately, for being honest with me and for charging me only $30 for the labor. I have went to many auto shops in my life but at this center, I was treated the best. Thank you.”
