After checking out several luxury apartments in the Bayside and Great Neck areas, 15 Bond was a no-brainer. The location, conveniences like Tesla chargers, all new units and most utilities and internet included made it the perfect place for us while also having the best value. We worked with Jenna and she was patient and informative showing us all the units that made sense for us until we found the perfect one. Ashley, who is the community manager, was a great help as well.
