Let me just say I was expecting the worst to be said but Nope, she was so sweet & kind listened to what I was saying gave me better choices that weren't drastic she was so very helpful in very pleasantly pleased and have another appointment set.

There was so much stuff that I didn't realize that I could have been doing to stay healthy until I was educated by this facility. Definitely will recommend this practice to everyone. The knowledge I learned I wish I knew many years ago.

Very thorough got my life all the way together. I feel very prepared. I also feel like I can manage all of the changes that I have to implement. I am very excited but also aware and I feel like I have access to My Nutritionist for any questions or anything that I need to get I feel like I have a plan now
