Usually the service is good or okay but today 12/06 at 3:30pm, we had a worker that decided to walk around and harass my son. She decided to follow him into the soap aisle then into the card aisle that he met his father in. Before she walked into the card aisle and decided to fix two cards out of place she stop in front of the aisle and made sure to make herself present. His father gave her a look as to say, what is your problem. But she did not get the message and decided to go back to the soap aisle to see if my son took anything. Now, I have worked in retail and know that part of the workers job is to provide surveillance of ALL customers. She extremely failed on this training and needs to have another training session. On the other hand, the cashier was friendly and precise.

Absolutely awful service. 9 year old needs his meds as they partial filled the other day. With a smile says you should..... have enough till Tuesday. Now I call and I get the attitude from hell from a pharmacit that says we have only been open 20 minutes and won't know till 3 today. I will def be looking for a better place very soon!

Last year I went to Wall greens and Granville and was supposed to have a prescription filled. I was dealing with some medical problems that required unfortunately, some pain medicine the doctor put it into Wall greens and the pharmacist first told the doctor that the medicine she put in contra indicated the other medication‘s. I was taking, but I had been given his medication recently for the same problems, so I called Granville Pharmacy and ask him why all the sudden it was contraindicated. The pharmacist then told me that she wasn’t feeling it because I had been to too many pharmacies and too many doctors. When I use my primary care, she referred me to. I don’t have a drivers license so when I go to the pharmacy, I should be convenient so I use a local pharmacy to my doctor that I saw. I dropped it at the time because I had my surgery is that I need The thing was done. But now this summer I am dealing with a terrible physical problem that requires some pain control and I can’t get it and the doctors are saying the same thing. The pharmacist said last year, but this did not happen. so I called corporate Wall greens and they told me somebody from corporate will get back to me but the manager from Granville called me and told me that I was threatening to the pharmacist and they had it on tape so I called Granville Pharmacy back and I asked him can I get a transcript of the transaction she said I was trying to get over the counter to get to the pharmacist but if this actually happened they would have called the police and the manager of the Granville Pharmacy tried to convince me I was in the store, but my transaction with the pharmacist happened on the telephone because I don’t drive so I have contacted corporate again and left it in their hands Wall greens and Granville is the most unprofessional and rude his group of professionals I have ever encountered

Very few women actually work in that store and do their job! I'm not a trained pharmacist or a physician so why am I playing telephone between the two? When a technician stammers and studders explaining the status of a prescription it's unprofessional

All of my experiences at this location have been positive. My wife and I scheduled flu shot appointments online and were treated very professionally when we arrived this morning. Everyone that we interacted with were courteous and professional. We live equi-distant to the Walgreens in Manchester and our doctors are there. We often prefer to have our prescriptions filled at the Granville location because it is so much more efficient than Manchester (we like the pharmacy staff there too but the location has had many problems).

I've been using Walgreens pharmacy in Granville, Ny because it was close by my home. I've had nothing but issues with trying to get my prescriptions filled. I waited almost a week to get my last prescription filled and I tried calling 2 days in a row about it and no one would answer the phone and both times I waited over a half hour and finally just hung up. One lady in particular that works there is rude, acts like she hates her job. I've sat at the drive through window and waited and waited for her to wait on me, while she was just standing there doing nothing. Even know it's convenient because it's close by my house I just switched to a pharmacy a half hour away. I would rather drive a half hour than deal with that pharmacy again.

My wife an myself constantly called The Walgreens in Granville , NY for over the hour an got no answer , just that the employees were answering other calls ( REALLY , FOR OVER A HOUR ) !!!!!

Pharmacy would not let me get day quill from the drive thru window… when i’m sick. beyond the worst service i have ever gotten my entire life with the rudest staff on the phone i have ever met. always something with the only pharmacy in town.

DO NOT GET A COVID TEST HERE. My husband got a rapid covid test here last week prior to a trip abroad. He swabbed his nose and the person behind the window proceeded to put the swab back in the wrapper the swab came from, not a test tube she should have put the swab in. I am an RN and know the proper protocol and this is not at all what should have been done. We were notified that he tested postive which nearly ruined our trip and wedding. We then purchased two home tests that were negative and followed up with TWO pcr tests which were also negative. I have no doubt in my mind that the incompetent person working at this pharmacy contaminated my husbands tests and caused a false postive. We wasted so much money, time and unnecessary stress due to this pharmacy.

I've been over charged by one rude person in the pharmacy , when I called her out on it because it should have been under insurance, she never said she was sorry, just had a very rude attitude. She acts like she doesn't like her job and she definitely can't admit when she makes a mistake. As of today we have switched to another Walgreens with a much nicer customer service department. She has been rude on more than one occasion and apparently doesn't know how to be kind or considerate!

Dropped a script off on their drive through. When I picked it up they threw in a free dog biscuit for our dog. Made me and my dog smile.
