I have used Doran Auto for the last few times my Checy Cruze (2019) broke down. Shane even went to Aldermans chevy to fix a repair for me, since Aldermans, in my opinion are expensive and don't stand by there repairs. Shane, the owner has done house calls for me as well when the tow was going to be too much for me to tow to his shop.I've sent customers of mine to his shop to buy a car, they came back to me and told me they were very pleased. I recommend Shane and his staff!

This business is a nuisance to the community. Owner and other family members harass those who dare have grievances. If you express dissatisfaction with the business, they attack you personally. What a racket!

I had used Doran auto in the past for simple maintenance like oil changes for my vehicle. The last time I used Dorn auto when I picked up my vehicle and I drove home I noticed my steering wheel was covered with grease and my vehicle was unclean. When I called Dawn auto they were very nice and offered to clean my vehicle And I was appreciative of that. My next conversation with Doran auto was not as good. When I tried to be certain that my vehicle would be returned to me in a clean condition The representative told me I would probably be happier elsewhere! She was not kind or considerate or seemingly understanding.

I bought my Ford escape in there for an inspection and a Whistling noise. When they called said all 4 tires needed change I had just bought new tires he disconnected my muffler had it hanging on the floor to make money off of something that didn't needed to be fixed. Told me other things need to be fixed to pass inspection that they passed like that before. Last in office very rude and disrespectful. Very Unorganized. I will be notified the DMV on there practices to make a buck shameful to say the least you should be ashamed of yourself

Doran Auto fixed my boyfriend Paul Smith's 2005 Ford Ranger trucks exhaust and inspection in a timely manner. It runs great and he is very happy. Also, they gave him a quote and fixed it for way under what he said. Great job!!!!
