lost mail, late mail gets worse every year and it was too cold today 1/30/19 boo whoo. Misdelivered mail again 2/19. Poor attitude when inquiring about a matter. They don't realize that we pay their salaries.

Just called to see if they could help find a valuable misaddressed package which tracking showed as having been sent for destruction as undeliverable. Spoke with Brad who managed to intercept the package and called me right back. Great customer service. Thanks again, Brad!

Extremely unhelpful, uncomfortable atmosphere, was told they lost their fragile stamper, yet you have no fragile stickers either? What's preventing them from ordering another? I took my package elsewhere

Short and Sweet: It's a Post Office. It does Post Office stuff. They likely have 100 employees, yet you'll never find more than 2 at a time working. None of these comments are exclusive to this post office specifically... but Post Offices around the country.

Inexplicably "lost" both me and my roommates paychecks but we received all our other mail and informed delivery showed us a picture of our mail WITH our paychecks in it, fast forward 4 days later we get all our mail but a package is missing, so DONE with this post office.
UPDATE: They've lost my package yet again!
