It is really sad that this is the only option we have on Grand Island for a grocery store. I only go if I am desperate. It is very frustrating that you have to ring up your own groceries since there are never any cashiers or staff. They then want to charge you .08 cents for every bag after you rang your own order up. They should give you the bags. I know staffing can be hard. I will be happy when Aldi’s opens to give them a run for the island spending dollars.

Stopped by carryout this morning.. guy was rude. Refused to acknowledge me because he was too busy printing lables... then we turned and walked away..went to put product on shelf..when he say I was still standing by the counter he huffed and w a attitude said I'll be you .. like I was bothering him. So unprofessional!!!!

Tops is very expensive compared to Walmart. I buy just crack an egg for breakfast. It sells for $2.99 at tops & at Walmart, it’s $ 2.39. Other products cost more too.

Ordered and paid for a breakfast pizza on 08/14 to pick up the following morning of 8/15.When picking up the pizza, they charged the person picking it up again.We also found out that the pizza had raw dough in the middle. Truly disgustingDouble charged for a disgusting/undercooked pizza that we had to return for full refund.

As an employee, I love the deals and savings I can get at tops, as well as the convenience of having one nearby! Great produce and always fresh!!!

Was there 7/5 @ approximately 4:30 pm...wanted some fish. Waited 10 min, yelled out...no one came. Stopped an employee, asked her to find someone. She came back and said he would be here in a min. 10 more minutes, I called the front desk . Another 10 min, hearing overhead pages for help...no one came. Finally, I believe it was thae manager that came and struggled through helping Me.RIDICULOUS!!!!

I like the convenience of a local supermarket BUT could someone do something about the produce! It's wrinkled, mangos have been rotten inside, I recently bought an onion , when I went to cook with it, it had mold on it! Lost lots of money getting produce at the GI store. Thinking of going to Wegmans from now on.

I rarely, if ever, bulk shop at this store. Its so awful, I drive off the Island to a Wegmans or a Dash's. Most cashiers are not very polite.

Good store,the girl minding the self checkout has a rotten attitude twice she came over to me and was rude forget shopping there I would rather drive to Wegmans they can have this store goodbye ?

Awful. No cashiers. At the prices we pay, there should be plenty of cashiers. Disgusting. Corporate greed. Then when you actually get a human they are poorly trained. No wonder this country is such a mess.

Usually has what we need. Always good to accumulate gas points for cheaper gas prices.
