“Great place to get authentic Italian food. This is an old style Italian Deli. Stuff from Baccala to Biscotti to Pastas! I am from the East side of Buffalo, a shame we don't have many Italians left there. The west side has more., until people move back. Love it there!!! Lets keep the old traditions going! Nick”

“Had a pretty good selection of fruits, vegetables and meats. Was fairly organized and clean considering the amount of people inside. Helped that they have 4 self checkout lanes as well as having all their registers open. All and all, went well and was out quicker than expected. Staff are helpful no matter the need.”

“Love aldis! Always a nice environment for good prices. Their meat section has tons of good deals. They also have lots of gluten free options. Store is always clean and the aisles make sense. The only downside is if you’re looking for a specific brand or a specific item they may or may not have it.”
“We love going here. Its never super busy, but the produce and meats are top quality and well priced. They have many good sales items weekly.They do not offer a wide range of dairy or dry goods, but have some basucs on hand.”
“It's one of my favorite grocery stores with a really great selection of products at a fair price. Unfortunately, they won't always have the same product you're looking for there. I've been looking for size 4 diapers for ages! They were my favorite for my little one... but for months, they've only carried size 3. I like almost all of the employees with the exception of the red head, she is very snarky, otherwise a nice place to shop.”

“This store is a good halal store located in north Buffalo on the iconic Hertel Avenue. It has a large variety of goods and groceries, included but not limited to fresh meat. Would definitely revommend.”

“We're regulars, and have been coming here for years. They've updated the store recently, and have large beverage, food and snack selections, along with clothes, lottery, and paper products. The service is great, the cashier's are patient, if you need to grab something real quick too. They've been a lifesaver at the best of times, even prior to the pandemic. Thank you guys for your service, and hard work. ???”

“Just an average store but the reason I'm writing a review is simple. Sheila. Sheila is awesome. I see her doing everything and anything and today while the lines weren't long I decided to go to a cashier since the self checkout was packed Sheila was my cashier and not only was she quick an pleasant, she knows how to pack groceries! Last week I had someone put all my heavy stuff in 1 bag and the light stuff in another instead of equal distribution.Thank you Sheila, you have restored my faith that there's a proper way to pack groceries and you should train other cashier's at this store if it's not taughtYou made my day”

“I like this store most workers are very friendly. Nice and clean. There is a young lady that is there that everytime I go she looks unhappy or something. I have not seen this girl smile one time, all the times I been there. Sometimes it's like should I ask her a question or I don't even want to approach her...usefully at self check out..”
“i’d love to directly thank cheyenne - and just incase you have multiple - the sweet girl with the glasses who tolerated me speed-skating around the store in my slippers and even OUT the store after my ADHD lost my phone (in my groceries, i didnt feel it when i set it down because it was in the same hand as another product, weird how that works right?) and was genuinely kind enough to act like i wasn’t crazy afterwards. my heart goes out to her and also the manager who helped me with my cat treats as i literally couldnt bend over with all the drpepper in my hands”
“Listen!!!! Ms.BW! Absolutely is a great manager! I won't get into detail because she knows how great she is. People when I tell you just go there so you can see how awesome she is!!!!!! And her employees, the two that I experienced this time, absolutely great!!!!! “This was my third try at finding a grocery store while at Niagara. They were the best and had everything I needed. As for the other reviews, I don't care how friendly the workers are and don't understand why anyone would go to a grocery store to use a restroom.”
“I was very impressed with this Tops Store. It was immaculate and everything looked tidy and well organized. The Spot Coffee shop was open and will be a great addition. Tops offers great sales every week. I have shopped at other Tops stores but will now shop here.”

“Sara, the bakery manager SAVED THE DAY today when Wegmans called me last-minute to cancel a cake I ordered days in advance due to the image on it. (It's was a photo of a friend of mine with Taylor Swift) She graciously made the cake with the photo with essentially no prior notice, (since Wegmans neglected to give me any notice to find a cake elsewhere) I'll only be coming to this Tops in the future for any cakes I need. Give this girl a raise!”
“Extremely pleased with the cake I received! The bakery was able to fulfill my order in a crunch, and the Baker did an excellent job for my Mother's cake! Design was perfect, and cake was delicious!”
“We went to visit downtown Buffalo and found out on the way, because we bought a one-day pass ($5 per person), we came down to visit and buy some food. Impressions: clean, tidy, service staff are very good, and the bathroom is in the No. 6 shelf. The disadvantage is that the men's bathroom was very dirty at that time. Also it seems to close at 7pm.”
