John Washburn is a worker here and I was led to believe he was a licensed mechanic and he his not. He took money from me for a job that never got done!! He put Ford plugs in my chevy too !!!! I found out he never replaced my fuel injectors like he said. I will be taking this to civil court. He tried erasing my check engine light and told me my truck was safe and I found out my cylinder 4 is gone!!!! He never even did the job I paid for. Said I had a lifter issue that is causing my light but that's not true and I was able to verify it with 2 acual mechanics. No lifter issues at all. They said John never replaced my fuel injectors and put Ford plugs in my chevy. The owner clearly knows he is taking side jobs acting like a mechanic. John said his boss helped with the ac condenser so he knows of this clearly. He is using the shop to ruin people's cars. I want a refund and will get it through a civil suit if I need to. This place for allowing such a man to act like a mechanic and take on jobs like that , WILL be held responsible. John put Ford plugs in my truck resulting in my 4th cylinder being wrecked. Reported this place to the DMV as well.

Jeff worked on my car and was extremely helpful! Prices are reasonable and he gets it done fast. I always went to the dealership but after the last few times Jeff has worked on my car the quality is better, the price and they know you by name:)Service: Transmission

Although I have not had service at this place before, they will definitely get my business in the future!!They graciously help me out when my tire fell off while I was driving. (Another company had improperly put it on.) without any delay and without me even asking, they help me out and got my car into a safe location! I’m so grateful for their assistance!Lucky to have such an honorable business within our community!!!

Went here after having some issues with another auto repair shop (not naming them, as I approached the owner with my concerns and he handled it very respectfully and accommodated me), and they were able to pinpoint my issue immediately.I would go here for years when I lived in the city, and never had any issues with them. The waiting room has amenities (desks with plugs as a workstation, coffee with creamer and sugar, a TV, wifi, seats) and the people that work there are always so helpful and kind. The gentleman I spoke with was named Andy, who got me an appointment quickly, always answers questions with clarity, and has an overall friendly disposition. They never overcharged me for services - which is saying a lot for an auto repair shop!Can't say enough good things about this place!!
