The tech is very rude. Will not let you finish a sentence before interrupting. When people are calling or visiting a pharmacy they usually aren’t their best. Rite aid needs to give lessons in customer service. It’s no wonder they are going out of business in so many places. Shame on you!

I went there several times for my vaccines and prescriptions. We like the store and the pharmacy.

Horrible place to try and get a script. They don't even have working phones. I literally called as well as top pharmacy for over an hour straight, trying to figure out if they had a medicine. My son needed he's asthmatic and had the flu and went into his lungs. And I couldn't even get any type of medicine from them or any response. I had a physically walk in there just for them to hold a conversation with their friend after me asking if they were seeing my script, then to mosey over. After I told them it's an emergency and check out the fax. Sit behind a shelf, not even acknowledge me, and then tell me that they didn't have it, but they could call around and see when it's 15 minutes to close it. Obviously I wouldn't a went there so late. If it wasn't an emergency, my son was screaming in pain. Had a 102 temperature for the last 2 days. I had to call the emergency line because it was the weekend. The only reason why I didnt drive straight from tops to Rite Aid an hour before to go see if they had it immediately. It's because my son was at home screaming for his ear medicine. I went to go give him the ear medicine. While the other pharmacist at Grand Island tops, was trying to get ahold of them. Only to say I should probably go down there. Cause they're known for not answering their phones. I walk in as I'm calling the number for 10 minute straight ringing. Not even a peep of a sound. They turn the ringers off. How nice is that if you ever have an emergency?

The worst! Always 7 ppl in line and no one answers the phone. Hire more ppl! Trying to change pharmacy!!!

This location is terrible. They never have anyone working and they don't return calls to your doctor nor answer the phone. If you can't perform basic pharmaceutical tasks, just close down. I'm switching to Walgreens immediately.

This rite aid is absolutely trash..they lie..horrible service...period..avoid at all costs. They will never have medicine to fill prescriptions..my wife had stomach medicine that if not taken consistently absolutely ruins her life..they lied last month about how long it would take to get more because they ran out..this month they again were out..said they would have following day..I asked specifically and said are you sure about tomorrow because if will be multiple days I will reach out to Dr and see if we can change it to a different pharmacy..in which they respond well actually 2 days but definitely 2 days..we decided to wait..after 2 full days partially into 3rd day they now have no clue what we're talking about and never even ordered it in..also this is not via the phone..they don't answer..this is multiple trips here..please do yourself a favor and go to any other pharmacy in the area..even if they suck their is no chance they suck as bad as rite aid in grand island

In the past they would eventually answer their phone, now they put you in a que and never connect you with the pharmacy. I called Rite Aids at different locations and the pharmacy answered first ring at numerous stores. They are understaffed but they are causing physicial harm to their customers

Had a sick kid. Arrived at the pharmacy at 803pm on 10/23/2023 and an old lady at the counter refused to let me pick up medication......stated that the corporate office told her to close at 8pm......she was kind of sarcastic about it also.......when yu Google that location it says they close at 9pm........Will not be returning to that location.

Impossible to get a refill, takes days sometimes multiple calls to the pharmacy and eventually have to have the Dr. bother them.

Good luck trying to get anyone on the phone or in drive thru. You literally have to go in and wave your arms at the counter saying hello for anyone to help I truly don't even know why this place is even open

1 of the worst Rite Aid I have ever visited. Worst pharmacy, rude stuff I wish I could give zero stars for the pharmacy . I give them 20 times my number to update, but they never update my number every time they take my number and never update that number when I come to pick up drive-through is always closed.long wait time .
