He said he knew how to put front axles in my 2012 Subaru Forester. 3 days later he's calling to say he Doesn't know how to do this. $500 later he get 1 correct axle & 1 Incorrect axle in & damaged the seal. The young assistant is Without a Clue & I am left having to Fix what I payed Lou to fix.
My advice: Go to ServicTech up the road. Those guys are Honest & Knowledgeable... Lou is just a Hack pretending to be a Real mechanic... Hack. Your wrong, I have my receipt even. You remember me & there were a number of bolts you never secured your just trying to talk your way out of the poor but honest review... Mark out !

Currently living in the GTA but born and raised on GI. When I asked family for a recommendation for a reliable, reasonable and competent mechanic, they suggested Lou. I had a water leak of unknown origin and Lou was able to diagnose and fix the problem in an hour. Great service and a very reasonable price. Thanks for the help! Would definitely recommend ?

I went to Lou's for my cat inspection. They noticed my car oil change was over due; so I had that done. All was finished in good time. Cost was very reasonable. Good people there.
