Terrible experience! My husband went to pick up my online order. I believe the manager, there his name is James T. I am not sure, but he was extremely rude. There was a mistake made on my online order. One of the guys was working on getting my items exchanged for the correct one. But “James” decided to process a full refund without my husbands approval. I then lost the discounts & rewards I originally used. Very disappointing. Also, I agree with one of the reviews on here; about colored people. James raised his voice & even called the police because my husband asked that the issue be fixed. This was entirely unnecessary!!

It would be a zero if it would allow me to choose it. I was in the store looking for a half-link for my kids bicycle. I was looking through all the bins looking for the correct half-link and not 1 person asked to help me. The only correspondence I had with any employee was "you need to leave, we're closing". My family, myself and my company have supported this island business for years. Not anymore!!

Glad I went. Never been in one before. Needed a part for a toilet and while I was there we picked up a nice yard sprinkler and set of shears/clippers for the bushes. It's nice not having to walk through a huge Home Depot for the things you just need quickly.I was greeted and employees were there to help if needed. Well done!

Locally owned Ace Hardware store, part of a small local group. Has just about anything you nay need at fair prices and friendly service.(Gave them 4 stars because nobody's perfect!;))
