Was on vacation and needed a new U joint on my pickup truck. I called and they got me in the next day to look at it. I brought it in at 8am and they ended up fixing it the same day!! Nice people and good work.

Got our motor mounts “fixed” here a month back. Car was worse when we got it back then when it went in. They couldn’t figure out the problem and were googling “fixes” did absolutely NOTHING even with us bringing the car back 3 times. Took to dealership and they said they were installed wrong. Lady at front desk was rude and hung up on me as well. (After reading reply) - sold car to dealership and got new cars, because it
Would cost us more than the car was worth to get it fixed correctly.

Can’t say one negative thing about here Mike and his team at grand island auto has been the best and honest shop I’ve ever brought my car to always super upfront about what work needs to be done and find the best way that works with your budget I will always referee people to bring there car here and will always bring my car to them

These folks are amazing. Pulled my camper to Grand Island from Missouri for vacation and blew a tire about 100 miles out. Called Mike the next morning July 3rd and he had 4 new tires on my camper by 3:00 p.m. Great service, fair price and the most friendly people to do business with. Thanks Mike

Starting with Sandy and Haley in the office to all of the techs, everyone knows their stuff and does everything they can to help you. I had a simple issue that turned into a bigger issue because I couldn't fins a wheel lock key. I wasted their time with ordering and canceling tires(since I found that I had a set available to me). But they were perfectly fine with that and offered another work around. No drama!!!

Fantastic. Everyone I spoke to at the shop, from the lady at the desk to the owner, was extremely friendly and professional and took great care of me and my ride. Definitely my new go-to spot.
