Was looking for a new car some months ago and they were very pushy. Wanted me to put a down payment down even though I wasn’t 100% sure and wanted to look around a bit more. My dealer even went as far as getting his supervisor over and doubled down on trying to make the sale. Very bad for business. Found a car that I liked better that day at a different place! Was a bit cheaper and the service was wonderful and non-pushy! Big plus and a reason I chose that one to this Grand Island dealership

My experience at this dealership has been absolutely horrendous! I went in very honest and let them know that my prior experience at a different dealership that myself and my family have used for years was getting worse and worse which is why I chose to try a different dealership. I went in with a specific vehicle in mind, specs and all. The salesman tried to sell me on the vehicle I wanted but in a different color and without specs that I required. I was not going to change my mind considering I was purchasing the vehicle. I still test drove the vehicle they were pushing on me so I could get the feel of it and I told the salesman I wanted to come back for my husband to drive it so we made an appointment a couple of days later. In the time between appointments, the vehicle that we needed to test drive sold instead of being told that it was sold the salesman still had us come in despite the fact we could not drive the vehicle. We chatted about the vehicle and pricing which is where things got worse. I did my research on interest rates, I knew my budget, everything. So, we started talking interest rates and the salesman said their interest rates were in the same range as what I found, which seemed weird to me but I went with it. Then we talked budget, I was clear that I was turning my lease in and purchasing this vehicle so I knew my payment would be higher than my current lease payment. I told them my budget and noted that this was a hard budget that needed to include the warranty and all, the salesman said my budget was good and the vehicle would be in my budget. I did all of this prior to ordering a vehicle with all of my requirements and a $500 deposit to ensure that I would be good to go once the vehicle arrived. So, I ordered the vehicle and 13 weeks later, the car arrived, I was beyond excited. The salesman requested I fill out the credit app. After completing the credit app, I texted the salesman to inform him that the app was completed and to reiterate the conversation that was had regarding my budget and verbal price agreement. I received a call shortly after and was told that they would never suggest a payment amount or interest rate prior to the vehicle arriving because of the market and that the payment would be at least $200 more a month than what was verbally agreed upon. At this point, I was beyond upset because my husband and I both were in this conversation with the salesman and we both know what was discussed. I would have never ordered a vehicle that was out of my budget, I would have gone in a different route especially when my lease was close to expiration. Not only were more than 13 weeks of my time to look for a new vehicle wasted, this dealership would not honor the conversation that was had because I never had anything signed stating this. The salesman who we worked with was very adamant that this conversation never happened, which was not true. He not only did not follow through on his word but also could not even get the information correct in a later email when him and his manager were trying to convince me to purchase a used vehicle through them that was in my budget. As a salesman, you would think to double check the information prior to sending the item you are trying to sell. After getting more false information I was even more fed up with the entire situation and requested my deposit back. During the ordering of the vehicle and request of my deposit back, the card I used to pay was replaced and I informed the salesman of this since the money would not be able to refunded using the original method. He said that the refund would be sent to corporate for approval and that I would receive it a week, 2 weeks later, no check arrived so I reached out to the salesman yet again. I was told that they could not send me a check because I paid with a card and that they needed my new card number and that it would be processed immediately. The employees I dealt with are not trustworthy, take advantage of young woman and are beyond shady. This is the last place I would recommend.

This dealer has had my brand new trail boss with only 36,000 miles on it for 7 weeks. it will not drive and they haven't provided a diagnosis yet. I contacted the executive resolution center for Chevrolet and they lied to the representative that contacted them and told them they had taken the truck into the garage to begin diagnosis. The truck never moved from its spot. 7 weeks in and the only contact has been initiated by me from day one. I would run from this dealer. No service, no repairs, no sales. They are incredibly unprofessional and the buying public should beware. Take your business somewhere else. Total mess.

Had an amazing experience! After a disappointing experience with another dealership, Maguire on Grand Island took care of me right away. Everyone is very friendly and ready to help you find the best deal for you. I specifically want to thank Taz, my awesome salesperson!! He was super helpful and did everything he could to work with me. I ended up with a car that I love for a great deal. I am more than pleased with my experience:)

Great experience and I felt like Brian Benford really knows his product and EVs, which is not always the case with vehicle sales consultant. Manager Scott Molenda made sure to offer help if needed too, and to make himself accessible by providing his cell number. A good team.

Connor was so helpful! He made my buying experience a really smooth process, he wasn’t pushy but was very knowledgeable. Shout out to the finance team (Kollin) …they made the numbers happen and fit my budget. Next car will definitely be brought here.
