“On Thursday, August 28, as I was traveling for work on Grand Island,, my right front passenger tire blew.. I was able to safely get into the Tops Grand Island gas station parking lot and I could not go any further. at first, I thought I would be stranded for a bit, but then realized that right across the street was the Monro Auto Service Center. I walked across the street and spoke with Darrius and Patrick. I explained to them what the situation was, and Patrick walked back across the street with me to check out the tire. Since I’ve had an all-wheel-drive vehicle for a good number of years, I knew the mileage on the tires was not going to allow me to only get one tire as I would have to replace all four. That is standard procedure. I did let them know that I understood that prior to them speaking about replacement. Normally, the size of my tire is not held in stock as it would always have to be ordered at any other place that I have ever had to do business with. But luckily for me, they DID have those tires in stock. Both Darrius and Patrick were Incredibly professional, kind, compassionate, and knew that I was under a time limitation as I had to get back to work as soon as possible. They certainly went above and beyond to service my vehicle and to make me feel extremely comfortable with the process. They knew I was under a time crunch as I was supposed to be at a clients house at a certain time and needed to get back to work as soon as possible. They took care of me in less than 45 minutes which I am so grateful for and was back out on the road to headed back to work in a timely fashion. I just want to thank them both so much for their kindness, compassion, experience, and most of all treating me like I was their only customer. I appreciate you both more than you could ever imagine, and Monro is incredibly fortunate to have you both on their team!
