I’ve been coming to these people for a few years with my cat. They were great. I started bringing my bunnies in, also great. I brought a very sick rabbit in the one day. Granted, I did not have a scheduled appointment, I just walked in. The rabbit hadn’t eaten for 3 days and I couldn’t get a hold of any emergency vets so when these guys were open I just walked in. I was a bit upset and I asked the vet if they thought I should put the rabbit down or if it was possible to save it. I should have known better, but I think they should have too. They decided to pump it with fluids and sent me home with meds. Cost me around $700. He died 10hours later. I called the next day telling them what happened and asked if I could return the meds which cost me about $50 each. They said no because it was in powdered form. And that was it. I wish with both of our best judgments, we would have just put him down instead of him suffering the remainder of his life. And it just felt they didn’t care. It is what it is. I think you guys are kind people, but I don’t understand why all of that had to happen the way it did.

Do not recommend. Lady on the phone was ignorant. I told her I couldn't do an appointment tomorrow I was only off work today. she turns around and calls my husband. Tells him I made an appointment for tomorrow. then calls me and tells me she needs a deposit for the appointment tomorrow. What kinda vet needs a deposit. I've never hurd of that

Do not bring your ferret here. I'm questioning if they are an actual exotic specialist, or at least someone who is experienced with a ferret.Besides them highly praising Marshall and Marshall ferret diet (equivalent to praising a puppy mill and an extemely low quality pellet literally filled with garbage for an obligate carnivore), they gave both distemper and rabies vaccine to one of my ferrets in one visit not even 15-20 minutes in between to administer if she wasn't allergic or having a bad reaction. One of my ferrets got very sick for couple days after the vaccine and it's a shame I wasnt informed anything on such thing initially. THANK GOD she is okay, but after learning how common sense it was to be cautious with vaccinating a ferret, this place is a definite no for me.

When I purchased my bearded dragon 4 years ago it was recommended I bring my lizard here with any issues. I had to in the beginning and had a good experience here. However, at other vets, price is mentioned and discussed prior to them actually doing things, so you know what it costs. Here it isn’t. So ask!! After you see the vet… they go perform whatever task they say they’re going to do.. and don't come back to talk to you…. A tech does.Yesterday, I had to bring my bearded dragon here. She was diagnosed with dehydration/constipation and was given an enema…fluids… and I was given a laxative to give orally. I got home and the lizard died. Now….. I understand that things happen. I understand she was sick and maybe nothing would’ve saved her. Idk if there was a better treatment plan because ultimately I don’t know what killed her but……something hard was in her abdomen …what about an X-ray maybe? If an X-ray was offered, I would’ve said yes. Idk. I wasn’t given options. When you’re worried, you aren’t always thinking clearly and I definitely didn’t walk out thinking my lizard is going to go home and die, right after I received care... I called and told them she died… thinking maybe a vet would reach out… no…. Unless it’s something basic…. Maybe go to a diff place for bearded dragons… This wasn’t just a lizard to us, pets are family

It has taken me almost 6 months to write this review. One star is actually too many! We brought Amici to see Dr. Rupert on a Thursday in October, 2021. He was pretty sick. We were told he likely hurt his back, needed rest and medications. False hope looking back on that day now. The next few days were beyond awful. Saturday morning we decided it was his time. He was getting more sick and was suffering. We called the office to get him in and told, “sorry we can’t fit you in today”. You can bring him in Monday at 3:15. Really…have him suffer a few more days…where is your heart?? We had to search to find another vet to put our dog down. It made a traumatic situation more traumatic. If you truly cared about Amici you would have made the time that Saturday to help him and us.When we called you Monday to cancel the 3:15 appointment you would think your office would acknowledge our loss with a card or some jester to say I am sorry for your loss.
