The worst ever! My wife recently supposedly had her car inspected, well within 3 weeks, the gas tank fell off,tail pipe fell off and last but not least the drive shift fell off.. It's time to call the NY AG.

I spoke with Mr Hinkley after the rude treatment by country club motors in oneonta, He was kind and soft spoken and gave me information to help me out with my car problems and didnt charge me a cent! I will support his business in the future. Thank you!

I had to have my car towed a couple days ago do to having had slid off the road. i called it in to 911 and W.S. Hinkley and sons INC was the next available tow company. Mr. Hinkley was told to bring my car to a body shop in Westerlo15 miles away from the accident site. A few hours later I contacted the body shop my car wasn't there Hinkley had taken my car back to his shop 15 miles away in the opposite direction. Once my car finally made it to my body shop, the shop owner informed me that an appraiser had already looked at my car. I NEVER placed the in claim on my car I was waiting to see what the body shop said before I called to file a claim. Hinkley took my insurance card out of my car, called my insurance company and filed the claim then gouged a tow bill and then got my body shop to pay it ALL WITH OUT my knowledge. I highly recommend you do not use this man for towing and if you do dot your I's and cross your T's.
