I went to Value in Gowanda to buy paint and other small items. The store is never busy and today I saw 2 cashiers, 2 managers stocking shelves and 3 other staff. I asked for some help getting paint mixed and 2 young men were assisting me. As I waited for the paint to get mixed another customer came in and asked the same young men if they could cut a Chain. Both young men helping me asked me to wait, left to help him.I didn't buy the paint and I will never go back. Usually there isn't enough staff but today they had better things to do. Perhaps they need to teach better customer service ?
