Owner was tremendously helpful and patient, first by phone, then in person at the shop. Drove some distance to get there, but it was suggested by a friend, and we'll worth the drove. I'd been to at least 7 or 8 stores in Erie, Niagara Falls & Buffalo, and none had what I needed. Thank you!

Bought I size 9 shoe, they sent me a 7.5. Sent them back waited another 10 days for my refund, order set the shoe. Received a 7.5 again. This company is filled with a bunch of people who apparently cannot read and have terrible customer service. Find a better company if you’re local, don’t support this trash. I’ll be returning the shoes yet again but will no longer use soles unlimited again
