I love this Harley dealer. The staff is super friendly and knows who you are. I shop there often. They've got a great selection of merchandise and great clearance items. Recently I was there for their music night. Food and beverage vendors were available. We got to hear a local favorite band, Saving Shaggy. The band was great as always!

“TO INFINITY AND BEYOND”
Everyone at this HD location is here to welcome you into their home in Gowanda and make you feel like a part of their family. We’ve been here a few times since trading in my VStar for a Heritage and the service is a high bar here.
Eric Fuchs (fuke-s) has gone out of his way (on several occasions) to make sure the bike is and could be for us.
I dropped it off yesterday to get the accessories added and even though they were close to their 1900 closing time, I did not feel rushed at any capacity. Eric, Jake, and their team did not give any inkling that they wanted to leave and I didn’t get any anxieties about making sure of what I really wanted.
Even the younger looking cashier (sorry I didn’t catch a name!) was SO PATIENT with my wife in making sure of what she wanted for a coat. I am no use in this department because I think economically, not appealing wise.
Last time I was in the store another of their team members (don’t want to quote the wrong name) helped me at length to describe and show me different helmets. I’m pretty certain on what I want to grab in the future thanks to their effort.
I have high respect for this team, and I’ll make sure to come back specifically to GHD for all our Harley Davidson purchases, because of the “chill” atmosphere where I’m not being rushed into anything I didn’t want.
PS, I LOVE OUR BIKE! Wish I could have made the switch to a Harley Sooner!

Great place to take a ride to through some of NY States backroads.
Gowanda Harley is truly off the beaten path and is a wonderful destination for motorcycle enthusiasts and Harley fans alike.
I don’t know of any other Harley Davidson dealership that is not close to a major interstate.
The shop it self features the original barn that has been build around and also has a museum that has some interesting vintage Harley Davidson motorcycles.
Staff is friendly and welcoming. I didn’t get any photos but they are very easy to research.
If you are looking to take a nice ride on backroads google search Gowanda Harley Davidson and plan your trip. Their website is continually updated with events and happenings as well.

Friendly staff, more then willing to sell you a machine. Like any sales establishment, they paint a beautiful picture, but not all art is valuable. Beware buying extended warranties doesn't mean that when needed they will be good. When purchasing my CF Moto product was sold a glorious story on how excellent the warranty coverage would be but when it came time to need it, I had a latent factory assembly defect, the coverage was denied. So buyers beware look all you want but purchase wisely, and maybe purchasing any where else will have better results then I did.
I am sure they will have a long reply to this how I am wrong that they are not at fault, blah, blah, blah. So wait for it!!!!! You won't be disappointed.

Definitely mixed feeling about this dealership. Have taken my bike here for simple oil change and it comes back with the underside of the bike covered in oil...they also couldn't figure out how to turn on the high beams! However, it being the only dealer around they provide all services anyone would need. Including new and used bikes, riding gear, accessories, parts and service.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Gowanda Harley, The sales manager Eric and team are top notch, they have excellent product knowledge and customer service. I have bought 2 bikes and had motor work, with no regrets.
