I needed to get the bumper on my car fixed and they did such a great job. They were very friendly, efficient and my car looks great, it looks like it was never damaged. They also did the job so fast. I don't know if that had to do with how much damage or what, but I dropped my car off at 8:10am and I got my car back at 9:40am. It was fantastic! I would recommend them to anyone.

On Christmas Eve I hit a deer and my vehicle sustained significant front end damage. I brought my vehicle to Tony and he gave me a couple different scenarios to consider when filing my insurance claim. Tony was very professional and patient when coordinating between the insurance company and myself. He went above and beyond to accommodate me during a stressful time. In addition, prior to this vehicle I purchased a used Rav4 off of Tony's lot. That car outlasted my expectations for many miles. Certainly one of my best used car purchases yet! My family has been utilizing Gowanda Collision for a number of years and we will continue to do so. After approaching the owner Tony about what he had on his lot he said he had the perfect vehicle for me it was his personal vehicle guaranteed it his word so went down took a vehicle for a ride didn't start ,he said cuz that's been sitting for awhile I believed him and again once the vehicle was started and we drove it look me in the eyes and said you won't have to put a dime into this vehicle for 2 years I am up to $1,200 this man can't be trusted by his word just be warned
