Waltons (Rick) has always treated my family well. Great prices. Honest service. Always friendly and personable when we go in. They have saves me oodles of money over the years. Like the GM dealership wanting to charge me $1900 for a sensor and less than $400 at Waltons. They've squeezed me in on short notice too.

Great first experience. The communication was amazing and they accommodated all of my vehicle specific requests; issues the dealership brushed aside and had no interest in addressing. On top of a speedy and fairly priced all-around brake job and AC service, Brian noticed a trouble code plaguing my electric power steering and took care of that to my surprise. The dealership quoted thousands for a steering column. He recalibrated the torque sensor as part of the job. My hybrid Escape seems to baffle even Ford Dealerships. Walton's had no trouble diagnosing and working out its bugs . Highly Recommend.

It's priceless to find a auto shop that I can trust to do quality work for a fair price. I trust Brian's shop to do what is required for my vehicles and he doesn't try to oversell needless services. Customer service is top notch.

I just had my mechanic reset codes for inspection. Told the mechanic at waltons if that's an issue I can come back when codes we're refreshed. He still pulled my car in and ripped off my old inspection, failed it, and still charged me full price for 5 mins of "work". What a joke...
