If I could I would give company a minus.They are horrible at filling patients prescriptions. They have this stupid policy that once they get the script it’s ten days before they send it out and if you need a pre authorization it takes even longer.I have gone many days without my medication even know my doctors sent the proper paperwork up.I’m tired of having to keep bothering my doctors because of their incompetence.But they are very quick to send you a bill.Wish the state would look into how they treat the patients trying to get prescription s filled

Enjoy having this company tell you that you cannot get your prescriptions in a way that is best for you. They will eventually force you to use their mail order service. I hope you like being without your meds while you figure all of it out, contact all of your doctors to have them send your prescriptions to them, wait for it to show up in the app and then wait to have it delivered. Hope you didn’t need them fast or hope your medication is not super important.

I too wish I could give them zero stars as well. The absolute worse service ever hands down! I'm glad my company is getting rid of them 1st of the year! It's taking way 2 long to get my prescription and they just sent it out to some other company they supposedly contract with that I know absolutely nothing about. This place is the absolute worse and they are the only option at the time for 90 day supplies of meds.

If I could give them no stars I would. They are absolutely horrific. Meds are never sent on time- EVER. I am constantly out of them and have to wait over a week to get them in the mail after rectifying the problem. They supposedly put in an override for a 10 day supply so I can get them at Kinney, then they are conveniently closed and their system automatically denies the temporary supply. This company is a joke.

This company is the absolute worst. Customer service is a joke. Sometimes takes 2 weeks to receive a medication that is only shipped from less than 40 miles way. If you remove automatic delivery, they still ship the items and bill you for it, but the items you have on automatic delivery never get shipped.

Once again there is a problem with my prescription order and I will run out of my medication. I have only been using them for a year and it is a constant struggle to see if I will get my medicine. I am done with them.

Worst insurance. All my medications are on the formulary list of being covered by the continue to deny me coverage with them and never had issues with my previous insurance. They just want your money and don't cover you.You message saying a senior advisor can help when I talked to one Monday and lied to me saying the rx was not on my formulary as coverage when I can pull it up on my benefit wallet of covered prescription and it's listed. Reported you to my human resources. Employees get list of covered medications and every one im prescribed is on the list. My previous insurance had no issue covering it and you lie and say thats not possible, ma'am I've bee taking these for months I'm not lieing you are! Fraud
