Replacing my broken Craftsman ratchet was denied. The woman working told me she had no help for me and to call Craftsman..? I have more multiple broken Craftsman tools and the place that sells them is no help for your tool investment.

I went to Small town to purchase a gift for my husband. Having minimal tool knowledge, I knew I would need assistance. The staff,especially Jessie,Nathan,and Josh were extremely helpful. Josh helped me order from my phone so I would receive a free battery. While Josh helped me,the rest of the staff helped other customers. I am very happy with my purchase and the helpful,friendly staff!

This is my favorite Ace Hardware store! They have a little bit of everything. From flowers to veggies, birding and bbq supplies, gifts/cards and all the usual plumbing and hardware supplies, they pack this place full. It's a fantastic one stop shop.

Everyone was great here! I was the last one in the store right hehe they closed. And they didn't even give each other "the look" lol. The leather dog leashes I impulse bought are of very high quality and are holding up extremely well. They were easily half the price of anything I could of found at petco most of which dont last my dogs long. I'll definetly go back.
