It has been several years since I've gone to a salon and gotten services as I always ran into the same issue - I would ask for something and get out of the chair with something totally different. This was the first time in 32 yrs that a hairdresser listened, heard me and followed what I wanted. Gwen is THE BEST!!! I got my hair done before going on vacation in October and it came out PERFECT! Gwen was so kind, conversation was easy and she SLAYED! With over 20 years experience, she is an expert color mix artist, she knew exactly how to get the color I was looking for (which was unavailable via book) I cut over 10 inches off so I was pretty nervous about it but it came out great!!! I didn't even cry, which usually always happens when I sacrifice any real length. The salon is right on the main strip of Goshen so easy to find, lots of parking nearby and very comfortable.

Gwenn did my eye makeup and hair for my wedding. She did a wonderful job and I had so many compliments. She takes her time, pays attention to detail and wants you to be happy with the results.

Nothing but tears after my experience with this place. I went in asking for good advice and a nice self esteem pick up before I get married after neglecting my hair for my kids for a few years and got a mess and tears instead. It was the most uncomfortable and depressing haircut I have ever received. The owner went out of her way to message me and offered to fix the cut afterwards but the damage is done, it's too short now to fix and I'm a bit disturbed she sat there and watched as she knew my hair wasn't being done properly the first time. I will gladly pay more than what I paid here somewhere else to get caring, good people that won't mess up my hair worse than it was. We are supposed to leave a hair salon feeling excited about new pretty hair.

This salon does not get enough credit! The wash was absolutely therapeutic! Sobeida was amazing. She cut my hair in layers and did a little face frame. I was scared to get layers as once somewhere else I asked for layers and got a choppy cut. She left my hair so bouncy and shiny. She had a light hand and talked me through every step!

took my very cranky 2 1/2 year old for a haircut for his school photos. I wish I had gotten the hair dressers name because she was so wonderful and patient. he got a beautiful haircut and and the woman really calmed him down and took the time to do a beautiful job. she made a stressful experience much more pleasant.Service: Hairstyling

Gwen is so professional and nice. She does an excellent job cutting my hair. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Price is very reasonable and provides a professional cut. Great hometown shop. Love staying local and Gwen's place is the best around. Always pleasant, love going there!!

After months of isolation and not being able to enjoy the attention of a skilled stylist, Gwen stepped in and took my long shaggy locks and turns it into a stylish professional coiffure. Now I can attend my zoom meetings with confidence! When is professional, thoughtful and skilled with the scissors.
